Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa is a magnificent destination for an unforgettable vacation in Riviera Nayarit. Its private aquamarine beach has facilities, as well as Family Selection, which offers exclusive services for the whole family. This includes workshops for all ages, meals a la carte, sunscreen on the beach and pool and assistance. The rooms of Familia Selección have milk, cookies and a welcome kit for the little ones to enjoy the stay. Start the day on the shore diving or windsurfing, or plan a trip to one of the nearby international golf courses. Cool off with a dip in the mai...More details

Family of 16 Celebrating a 70th Bday. Check in was awful. Receptionist was in a bad mood. Guest Relations Manager messed up our Dinner Reservations and Never came to confirm with our group. There are no Concierge at all. Family Selection Amenity had to be requested 3 times in order for it to come to the rooms. Food quality is very poor. Rooms are not as clean as they were before. Waiters at Nest are friendly but personnel is very low, so service is not close where it was nor where they say it is.

We were promised a credit that ended up being coupons towards stuff that was much more expensive than anywhere off-resort. The beach was roped to a small area, and they didn't let us take boards out far enough to catch waves. I only saw body boards and surf boards. The resort is 30 minutes away from activities. In Addition we rented a car that had major hidden fees after the fact (apple vacations-beware). Food was impossible. To eat at the special places you have to make an appointment during the correct hours exactly one day before. You can not make a reservation for 2 days ahead. Because you may be on excursions you may not be able to use it at all. We ended up eating out most of the time. The hotel beachfront was far from parking, and was not a direct view of beach. A lot of walking! The entry was fraught with potholes (really bad). My advice- Get a cheaper resort closer to activities and that way you get what you pay for. Don't use Apple Vacations. This was not like other all-inclusive experiences I have had.
New Years Family Trip

We visited the Palladium Dec 28 - Jan 6th, and we were greeted by Erick & Felipe who checked us in & talked us through taking any excursions. Along the time of our visit we met Karin, Max, and Luis in the travel club & they were super welcoming, friendly and informative about how the club works & the benefits we receive. It was really great to get to know them and build a relationship because they actually care about their members. We had lots of fun doing the activities with the POP Entertainment, Moises, Fernanda, Martin, & Eduardo. I had so much fun dancing & laughing and playing their activities and one of my favorites were the Olympics! Edgar at the water sports is such a great guy for instructions about doing water sports and informing about surfing and boogie boarding. Our bartenders Ivan & Luis at the sports bar always took care of us and our drinking needs with the most delicious drinks! Dj Johnny Lima definitely knows how to be the best Dj, I didn’t want to go to my room early if he was our Dj for the night! Ricardo at the Nest was one of the best servers we had, he always made sure we had our water! The time we spent here was so pleasant it was hard to leave. The New Years dinner at the buffet was so lovely & great, there was so much thought and effort put into it, I was so full! We enjoyed the show with the dancers & singers, I really felt like I was at a huge concert because they did their job so well! I loved how clean the resort was & every employee we met along the way was so kind & friendly and always say good morning! The security was also really good, always making sure I was doing good & people were staying safe. The food was so delicious at every restaurant but my most favorite for dinner was probably Bamboo because I love sushi! I would highly recommend this resort for anyone, family or couples just trying to get away. Even during Covid there is a lot to do inside the resort. The only problem we had at the resort which wasn’t a big deal but could be irritating was that there was no waitress at the sports bar, and there was a few days we sat around for 15 mins waiting for someone to take our order. Otherwise the other restaurants were fast & always there for your needs. We loved hanging out at the beach, the salt water pool is really cool place to see & the sunsets are to die for. I would recommend around this time to bring some warm clothes because that is 1 thing we didn’t do, and it does get sort of chilly at night & the mornings. During the day it gets really warm & it’s nice. I will definitely be coming back here again!

Our vacation was great! We loved the staff that were really friendly and happy to serve. We are specially thank full to the staff at the Restaurant the Nest: Ricardo, Yarely, Esteban, Martin and chefs. In the kids activities we are really grateful with Marcela that spend many acvities with our girls. And not to forget our wonderful family guest Espiri and Michelle. We had a great time!! Hopefully we will be back another moment!
