This is not a 4 star hotel. It is nice and it is clean. It is maintained well but many things are old. The people are very nice and helpful. Price was good. Location excellent. Buffet ok. Pool is excellent. I stayed 2 days.

This hotel is centrally located, but a bit old. Rooms a bit noisy because of the streets that surround the hotel (Brasil e 3100). Staff just ok. I would or stay there again. It needs some refurbishing.

Estive no hotel de 18 a 22 de outubro e a experiência foi incrível. ótimo atendimento, limpeza dos ambientes o café da manhã sensacional. O cuidado conosco e com a prevenção do covid. Os quartos são amplos, com armário que possuem cofre, o banheiro a água tanto da pia quanto do chuveiro são bem quentinhas. Possui piscina aquecida com hora marcada. sala de jogos. Sensacional. A recepção da cidade de forma geral é incomparável. Nunca vi nada igual,

O Hotel fica a um quarteirão da praia central. Local estratégico em uma avenida movimentada tanto de dia quanto à noite e madrugada; e para quem quer curtir a orla de Norte a Sul. A recepção foi a melhor, a Fernanda nos recebeu maravilhosamente bem, excelente profissional. A limpeza impecável do quarto, um ótimo café da manhã.

Hotel muito bom. Limpeza nota 10, funcionários muito educados, café da manhã bom. Tudo muito bem organizado. Fica na avenida principal. Tudo pertinho. Área de lazer maravilhosa. Tem sauna, piscina aquecida, piscina normal, sala infantil. Gostei demais e com certeza quando voltar para Balneário Camboriú vou querer me hospedar nesse mesmo hotel.
