Cute room but a little confusing

I used my miles to stay here and enjoyed my stay. My partner and I both felt the room was comfortable and had a lot of nice art and aesthetic features. However, the main room didn't have a trash can, and the trash can in the bathroom had no bag and was kind of dirty. The bed wasn't as pictured -- there was no fitted sheet, just a flat sheet on top of the mattress that easily got pulled down so we were sleeping directly on the mattress. The lighting fixture was nice to look at but didn't light the room very well, and we had only one tiny window so overhead lighting was important. Overall, we had a great stay but were a little surprised by some elements in our room, some of which (like the strange bedding) might be due to the hotel having to adjust for COVID. Ultimately, I was glad to stay here and to use my miles to do so -- I might have been a little disappointed if I had paid full price.

Love this hotel! Very cool. I have stayed here three times in the past two years and have enjoyed every one of them. The staff is very kind and helpful and they all have some great sneaker game. The food and beverage outlets are designed well and have great offerings. The music throughout the hotel is dope. They have some really yummy nitro tea on tap in the lobby for guests, delicious.
Located in Mount Vernon - very walkable, safe neighborhood with many things to do. Perfect hotel for a fun get away or business travel, super close to the business district of Baltimore. 10/10.
Quirky, fun, enjoyable

We've stayed at the Revival twice courtsey of Hyatt points. There is alot to like here, the location is adjacent to a park, close to Tio Pepe, an excellent Spanish Restaurant, and there is a unque feel to the joint. The front desk is never crowded, always helpful, and they seem to know what they are doing. The rooms are on the smaller size, akin to European hotels, but that adds to the charm. Nice romantic feel for couples. I'd stay here on business travel if the opportunity presents itself. The restaurant on the top floor looks inviting,we did not eat there, so I can't share observations. The one down side is parking - $28/night for an open air lot 1/2 block to the south. Not a deal killer. This hotel is strongly recommended.
Great customer service!

The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly!! They took the time to recommend local restaurants and bars to me when they found out I was moving to the area soon. I really appreciated that!
*I don’t like this 200 character minimum thing so I’m just typing to take up space*

The Revival staff are exemplary and the location of the hotel, nestled in a lovely historic setting but close enough to the Inner Harbor action, is perfect. The rooms are spare yet smart and the rooftop venue is a cherry on top.
