Amazing....again !!!!

We have just returned home after spending 2 weeks at this amazing hotel. We returned here for the second time after visiting last year. We were warmly welcomed back by Chay (the owner) and his team who had even given us the same room as last year 😍 The rooms are modern and kept beautifully clean by his amazing team. Breakfast was served everyday beside the infinity roof pool. Breakfast had both western and Asian foods definitely something for everyone. The hotel is on the main beach road and is a five minute walk from the beach and the centre of Kamala which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel. It's great value for money and the staff are brilliant 😍 we'll definitely be back again next year !!!

Great location. Clean. Incredibly friendly staff and owner. Best breakfast I've had in awhile. Great rooftop pool and spit to watch the sunset. Large rooms and very comfortable. Best value I could find in Phuket.

First, I landed here after an abortive trip to an awful place in Koh Lak. It took several people and multiple trips but folks helped me find it and I am very grateful. The upper floors have balconies and you can enjoy the sunset. I didn't use the upstairs pool but it was gorgeous and breakfast was VERY generous (took bad I only eat once a day after noon. Staff was very patient and helpful when I had issues with internet- my computer, not their issue. Very happy here. I love that the showers allow you to look off the balcony as well. Nice design.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was nice and spacious but on our first night we discovered ants in our room, on the kitchen top, on the tables and all in the cupboards. The room was made up everyday but sheets were not changed and floor not hoovered. None the less still good value for money you definitely get what you pay for. Rooftop pool was lovely and relaxed and breakfast was excellent. Would stay again just would keep in mind the cleanliness. Nice and close to the beach and some lovely restaurants nearby and some lively bars too.

They basically stole my money

I will start by saying that the hotel is nice, clean and if it wasn't the fact that they stole my money I would have given 5 stars. I came to this hotel through Sandbox Program in October 2021. I booked 2 weeks because that was the requirement at that time. The day I arrived in Phuket, the regulation changed and only 7 days of quarantine were required. I had no issue getting a refund for my pre-paid PCR test through the government website, but somehow this hotel told me that they could not refund anything to me. I decided to stay 10 days, and to leave 4 days early. They told me that they could not refund, and I had no other choice than to be given a voucher, that I will never use. However, the more the time passed, and the more people I met who got refund of their stay because actually it was within our right to get a refund as the regulation changed. Now I am moving to another country so I will NEVER be able to use this damn voucher. There was a government policy change and I WAS IN MY RIGHT to ask for a refund. I asked to get a refund on those 4 nights but they refused, and they give me crappy excuses, blaming Booking (whom customer service I called, and confirmed that can refund if they want to, which clearly they don't). This is very dishonest, I lost 3236 bahts which is about 100 dollars. I am very upset because they just dismiss my request and do not even try to find a solution. So please be careful when dealing with them, as they seem pretty dishonest.
