Wonderful hotel, with great staff, pool andbreakfast

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Great location- right by the mall and also a shopping street. Lovely, spacious rooms- with fridge, tea/coffee. Only slight issue was the shower drain probably needed looking at- as water would pool in the shower. But lovely and hot (unlike many hotels we’ve stayed at), and modern. Lovely pool- located by the restaurant where we had buffet breakfast. What an offering! The best we’ve had! Super friendly, helpful staff. First night we ate in one of the many restaurants in the mall. Next 2 nights we went to Sudirman Street which we walked to (about 3.5 km). Happily recommend the hotel!

Good hospitality, I think there's no issue about the service. I was waiting for the room but it's ok, Amy was managed the check-in with courteous manner and provide me the room with beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was so crowded but Fanzi help us to find out the table near the pool. Keep up the good work!!

When ever I stay in Bandung I book a room at the Sensa. The staff are always happy and the rooms clean. The breakfast buffet beats all other international hotels. The price is good and I find it super convenient. After a prolong covid lock down the hotel probably needs a more detailed a deep clean and the internet needs to be upgraded.

Room is good to sleep, except, bad smell in he closet area. The location of hotel is near mall to go shopping, eat and drink. It is easy to go around to somewhere, to buy Clothe, Jeans near along the street, to enjoy ice durian, fruits, crackers made in home industry.

this was our 2nd stay here after several years. we are satisfied with our general experience here. the helpful staffs are contacting me prior to my check in so that my requests of connecting door and extra bed could be prepared beforehand. the breakfast buffet were great. the rooms were nice. our only minor downside was one of our rooms seems to be previously used by smokers so the room were reeks of cigarette thank you
