Bad uncooperative staffs and hard uncomfortable bed
Opinión escrita el 30 de Julio de 2021
I stayed here for four nights. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. When I asked the housekeeper to help put more paddings in she said there's just enough for each room. So I had to find blankets in the room and fold the paddings of the king size bed in half myself. But still the bed was not comfortable.
Their phone has a flashing red light so I took off the cable. On the day of the checkout when they could not call me they did not try to knock on my door. Later when I checked out they charged me extra hours after 12:00. Even with civilized explanation and conversation they still refused to cooperate with anything. They said the housekeeper cannot come and clean but when I was leaving the housekeeper hasn't even reached the floor yet.
This is very unfair because they did not inform the guests beforehand and I have stayed at many hotels no one has ever done this to the guest.
So I told them I had plans to come back for a few more nights but if you think $5 is worth more than those income then suit yourself.
The room is really small the curtain is ruined and broken and the overall bad experience I had with the bed and staff I would not recommend anyone to stay here. There are more convenient places nearby like the quarter UHG with nice gym and swimming pool and much bigger rooms....And yes, they didnt throw me out or charge me like this one did when i left at 13.30
Hidden Gem Excellent Accommodation and Staff
Opinión escrita el 1 de Enero de 2020
I would say This hotel is a hidden gem, the room & linen was very clean, the cleaner does an exceptional job in keeping the room clean. Me and my partner enjoyed the stay there, all the staff were friendly and helpful, we had a deep impression with "Ai" the bubbly and sweet receptionist, was able to give suggestion on where to go and help us with directions. Feel really warm and it's like a family stay. Everyone took care of you sincerely. The Hotel also offered free snacks and free instant cup noodle on the second floor all day during your stay. It is a nice place to chill there. One of the great thing is the hotel also offered free shuttle to MRT which is only 1km away from hotel, but weather was really hot. We tried to avoid walking. Next to the MRT there is a shopping Mall called "union Mall', and there is also Tesco located just 1km away. Chatuchak weekend market is just 2 stops away from MRT which is really convenient. Overall we are very satisfied with our stay, to be able to avoid the hustle and bustle from the city. This hotel is quiet and peaceful. LOVE IT!!!
Outside hustle and bustle of city

This newish boutique hotel is located outside of the city centre in the general chatuchak area. It is nested within private housing and the activities and street food stalls lie about a 5 min drive away. It would be possible to walk, but won't suggest it for lone female travellers at night, as the road is dark plus there are a lot of motorcycles that travel fast on this street.
Free shuttle service is a great but necessary perk, as the hotel is quite far from the MRT (Phahon Yothin) station. BTS station (Ha Yaek Lat Phrao) is nearer if you learn to cut through TESCO lotus. Only drawback about the shuttle is that the operation time is quite restrictive (i.e. on weekends they end service at 7pm). In our experience, it took 20-40 min to get to the city centre by train, depending on where you want to go. So, it is far out but not something unmanageable. Do note that because the hotel is located outside of the city centre, be expected to pay more for taxi and grab (all my trips were about or more than THB 200, as compared to below THB100 when I lived in the city centre).
Hotel itself is a nice boutique outfit with 6 floors. Cleaning can definitely be improved though. I stayed 6 days and the floor was never swept/vacuumed. Thankfully, towels and water were replenished daily, the bed was made and toilet was cleaned daily. Overall, a nice place to stay if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and don’t mind the extra travelling time and travel fare.
A hotel still worth spending your money on ....

This is the 2nd time I am staying at this hotel and for 3 nights.
I particularly booked this hotel again despite many other choices in Bangkok due to various reasons, namely, it is located in a quiet Soi and yet near to Tesco Lotus and the new BTS Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, walking distance to the local market, the cleanliness of the spacious room, soft bed with soft pillows, ironing board with iron provided, good amount of hangers on both sides of the tall cabinet, nice 5-star designs and good amount of other provisions. Among all, good customer service provided by the helpful staff. However, I still maintain that their only downside is the shower hot and cold water mix which cannot be regulated easily. It goes from very hot (even if you put to maximum coldness) to very cold (when you put to maximum hotness) and constantly needs adjustment. Perhaps, the management can look into this. Otherwise, it is perfect for me.
I would recommend and still like to come back to this hotel whenever I am in Bangkok and hopefully I can be delighted with some changes.
Excellent accomodation and staff

I've stayed at the Apartelle Jatujak on previous accasions, with the most recent being this week.
The rooms are spotless and finished to a high standard, additionally, the amenities such as the wifi and lounge area are faultless.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and the shuttle bus to the MRT/shopping area runs for free on request.
I hope to be back soon.
