Nos habían hablado muy bien de este hotel por estar ubicado al lado de un excelente restaurante; sin embargo las habitaciones son pequeñas y no están demasiado limpias. Lo mejor el cuarto de baño ya que es bastante grande en comparación con la habitación. Puedes tener dificultades al encontrar un taxi por las mañanas.

Great location and really good breakfast

Stayed here for one night during our travels in Thailand and this place had everything we needed. As the name suggests it is a New Orleans themed small boutique hotel. Great location just a short 5 min walk from Ekkemei main bus station and BTS which makes it easy to get around in Bangkok! We had a room on the 5th floor which met our needs with a TV, hairdryer, fridge and complimentary bottled water. The room was clean, the beds comfortable and the shower was pretty good. We arrived quite early in the mornjng and they were kind enough to allow us to check in to the room, although they only had twin beds we didn't mind as we had been travelling for about 18 hours at that point. The next morning we took breakfast in the restaurant which was really good! Service was great and the food delicious. I had Cajin eggs florentine. I'm not sure what they put in the hollandaise but it was one of the best I've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning one day!

Spotlessly Clean accommodation

The rooms are very modern and spotlessly clean, the staff and management are very helpful, it is a very nice place to stay and when we come back to Bangkok we will be stopping here again, the price is very good for the quality of the accommodation.

Conveniently close to Ekkamai bus terminal and BTS

We were stopping over in Bangkok having travelled up from the south and planned on taking a morning bus from Ekkamai Station. This accommodation was conveniently close (only 5 mins walk to Ekkamai bus terminal and BTS station so no taxi needed which was ideal. The accommodation itself was very clean and fairly modern. Comfortable bed with a decent shower and all necessary amenities such as fridge and hairdryer. Our booking included breakfast which was an American style breakfast set of sausage or bacon, potatoes of choice, eggs and toast cooked to order which was a refreshing change from cold buffet food and there are international newspapers available for reading which was a nice touch. The property also offers a New Orleans style restaurant which looked very nice although we only ate breakfast here. The area is fairly nice with lots of local shops and eateries and a small mall only a short walk away and only 10 mins on BTS at a cost of 26thb one way further into Bangkok. Whilst this accommodation does lack some ameneties such as a pool, it has a great location and is perfect for a stopover for the cost. Thank you for a very pleasant stay in Bangkok. Will certainly return should we need to be in the Ekamai vicinity again.

Embarassed and Dissapointed

We have been coming here for years and years both on Thanksgiving and Christmas. The food is excellent but it cannot make up for the way the staff treated us. We had reservation for 6pm. Never once did anyone tell us on the phone or upon arrival that we only had 2 hours and then we would have to vacate the table. If we had known we would not have made the reservation as its Bangkok and how do you get 20 people situated, fed and happy in 2 hours? All the years before we were never asked to leave because another party needs the table!! Some did not even get to eat but were charged the full fee. We spent 33,000 baht and were kicked out like dogs. All of us reside in Bangkok but we will never return!
