A great alternative quarantine hotel in Bangkok

We have just spent two weeks in quarantine at the Royal Benja Hotel. We were picked up at the airport and the rooms were great, we had a Sky Room on the 31st floor and our daughter and three grandchildren had a Royal Suite next door, which was fabulous, especially for the children. Three meals a day with a choice, all very good, all included in the price. The staff were extremely helpful. We had three CPR Covid tests again all in the price. Our package cost £1,500, our daughter's was around £2,100 but she did have three bedrooms, a lounge/kitchen, three bathrooms and two TV's. We cannot recommend the Royal Benja more highly, but next time we will book a suite too.

I’m still in this hotel but I couldn’t wait to write about it. Just wow. What a lovely place to do a quarantine. So thorough and accommodating. The staff are the kindest people in the world. This place is incredibly organized and they have certainly worked out all the kinks to make this a seamless and organized operation. The hotel itself is quiet and has beautiful views of the city. The hotel staff and nurse are easily accessible on LINE and respond within 2 minutes of any inquiry. I feel incredibly relaxed and cared for here. I highly recommend Royal Benja, Bangkok.

I chosen to stay here as my quarantine hotel when i got back to Thailand and the experience has been amazing! Thebstaff is extremely help, attentive, caring, professional and genuine. The room is way more than i need and even the food is perfect. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Thank you guys for making my quarantine easy.
Not worth the money!

My husband and I spent 2 weeks here for quarantine. The staff were friendly who escorted us in the elevator. They are the good part.
Now for the bad parts...
We are paying about $200usd/night or $6,000baht/night. For this price, it is a rip off. The room is ok and clean. But it has duct tape holding the floor down, water stains on the bathroom ceiling and by the window, and the bathtub did not work at first. We had to call and have it fixed.
The food is TERRIBlE!!! The quantity and quality could be purchased for 40-100 baht outside the hotel. And we are paying 6,000baht/day for this food! The food is usually cold when it arrives. Half of the time it does not taste good. I never eat the soup or dessert because it tastes bad. I tell the hotel not to send it because I won’t eat it but they still send it. And then I asked for a tea bag and they charged me 60 baht for 1 tea bag! This is ridiculous and a scam! Many mornings they forget to bring us coffee or something we asked for. And then they charge me when I ask for a tea bag?! Also, the food has hardly any vegetables. After about 4 days of no vegetables, I asked for some. At least they started giving us some vegetables but they have no flavor. Overall, this hotel is not providing the food or service that is to be expected with the price. It is a rip off.
