I would not recommend you staying here if you don't speak Thai

I've stayed here a few times, and for me the room are fine, they do have different types, 1 block has no lift and the other does, the one with the lift has much better rooms and recommend those. There are no facilities at this place, no restaurant, best thing you can do is walk up the soi to 7eleven or one of the other hotels. But it is cheap and location isn't that bad, lots of taxis pass there and the Mall is around the corner 5min drive. In short if you are not Thai or don't speak the lingo avoid as you will have problems with the staff. They are not rude, it's just they don't understand you.
Worse hotel yet!

I booked into the hotel for 11nights as the photos looked reasonable and was cheap. Bad mistake! After 2 days I booked out and forfeited the money I had paid to stay in a better hotel for the rest of my stay in Bangkok. Rooms were not up to standard and the service was awful. Unfriendly staff and could not speak English. When I enquired about eating the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders and ignored me. They did not seem to care when I walked out but perhaps they are now used to this from "farangs"....
The Worst Hotel So Far

The Synsiri Resort in the Khannayao area of Bangkok has to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. It is a breeding ground for mosquitos and bugs of other kinds. It is an entomologist's dream location. The staff is generally unfriendly and speak little English. The only upside that it has a big parking lot and is in close proximity to one of Bangkok's largest suburban malls, Fashion Island and Panya Village across the street. The rooms are small but it's not so much of an issue except that the doors are wafer thin so every whisper and foot fall can be heard at all times of the day or night. The pillows are lumpy and some smell bad. Considering some of the questionable clientele who use the place, it isn't hard to understand. There isn't much to say except that it may be good if you are desperate for a place to stay for one short night. To put it plainly, I hate this hotel after several stays there for convenience, not much has changed my mind about the place. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, I highly recommend the Siam Piman in Minburi which is in the neighboring suburb.
