Cancelled our stay less than 2 weeks before our trip
Reviewed 3 july, 2021
We have been scheduled to stay at this hotel for about 6 months now and within 2 weeks of our stay, they cancelled on us. It is the height of travel season and we now have nowhere to stay and airline arrangements that can’t be changed without a huge penalty. The hotels response was that they would reimburse us our money but that doesn’t help us with arrangements this close to our travel plans. I find it ridiculous that a hotel would be able to cancel last minute like this and leave travelers with nowhere to stay!
Hotel Allows Smoking, We Left
Reviewed 28 august, 2020
We recently stayed there for four hours and left. The hotel reeked of cigarette smoke and we even witnessed people smoking in their rooms. Not a family friendly place for people with small children. We would have asked for a new room but the whole place smelled and we didn't feel that any place in the hotel would be fully free from the bothersome odor. We also were on the first floor and the windows opened fully, which would allow someone to climb in, so sleeping with the window open was not an option. We were not pleased at all with our stay. We ended up checking out and staying at a different hotel.
Do not stay here

We arrived for our suite booked long in advance. We wanted two rooms for privacy which the website described. When we arrived the room was one bed and one pullout sofa. Not even as good as the much cheaper double. Ok we se now desperate but the room has not been made up and there is not a single staff available to make it up. No help booking another hotel even though we ourselves managed to find another Wyndham property to take us. And get this- they charged us and I am still wasting time tracking down the refund. No gestures of goodwill offered and an insincere apology. Also the hallway had buckets to catch leaking water fro ceiling and the halls were wild with parties. But we just wanted our suite. This is true and we are easy to please so stay here if you enjoy frustration and lukewarm managers.
Adequate but disappointing

We stayed here for 2 nights for a weekend long sports tournament and while the rooms were clean and passable far as comfort, there were several amenities that were sub par. The television never worked properly even after multiple complaints and the pool area had minimal seating and was a bare concrete floor with changing rooms up a flight of stairs. The in house restaurant was only open for 3 hours in the evening and the location of the hotel though out of their control, was situated out of town in an industrial district with little to do around it and was near the airport. There were good aspects of the hotel, such as the complementary breakfast and the staff was friendly enough but not very amicable to our requests though they did make accommodations when pressed. All in all I'd say it was an average stay but left something to be desired and do not expect to return.

There was food, and containers left in the fridge upon arrival. Hair left on the towels and blankets. Bathroom was disgusting, toilet wasn’t clean, shower yellow. Smoke and pot smell in a non smoking room. Loud banging at night.
