I was first impressed by the wide, luxurious and clean lobby. Second, the hospitality of the reception (Mas Dika) was super. I spent 2 night at this hotel and would reccomend others to spend a night here too. It is connecting with the Q Mall, makes it a perfect place to stay and shop in one go.

I have to wait for more than 2 hours for check in. The room was not ready and they need so long to prepare it. There were a lot of guests waiting and no information about how long we have to wait for ..

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room is comfortable, as well as the ambient. The hospitality of the staffs is also excellent. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends.

Quiet place where you feel reassured. Azan at the time of prayer feeds the soul. The hotel management is tidy & clean.

It is comfortable to stay at this hotel, which has excellent customer service. I have often stayed here, when on business in South Kalimantan in Indonesia. The hotel is in a good location to do business with diamonds. It is next to a large shopping mall. The buffet for breakfast at the hotel has many delicious and nutritious choices.
