Arago 312 Apartments

Stayed here in 2 separate apartments which were both 3 bed rooms. On arrival staff were friendly and efficient. Both apartment were clean, large and had nice views of Sagrada Famillia - and only a 10 minute walk there. Near to Metro and good restaurants. There are lots of supermarkets nearby to get supplies. To far too walk to Las Ramblas. Will defiantly come back when next in Barcelona.

Can’t fault these apartments. Have stayed twice now. This time in a penthouse apparement with a rooftop terrace and amazing panoramic views across the city and beyond. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Will be back to stay next year and would highly recommend. Very close to metro and train and 15 min walk to top of the Ramblers. a perfect location to explore the city on foot.

I visited these apartments with family and really liked the place. It feels like a comfy home with everything you need from a safe to a dryer to washer to ironboard. The lady staff at the reception are sweet and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Arago 312 Apartments for my Hen Do/ Weekend. There was 18 of us split over 3 apartments, all 3 apartments were lovely. We were in the penthouse which had a balcony with amazing views. The location is great (10 minute walk to Casa Battlo and big red bus stop), it is very easy to get to from the airport (by train). The apartments even provided the train line and times for our train when asking what time we would arrive. They were also very helpful suggesting places to eat nearby and advising us to book as we were a large party. The apartments way exceeded all of our expectations, they were clean and very well equipped. They were great value for money – even if we had paid double what we did. All of 18 of us were very happy and said we would return. The beds are very comfortable too! There is a supermarket just across the road which is very handy. You can also buy tickets for the sightseeing bus at the apartments which was very handy. The only very minor things that could be improved is that the lift is very small but we were a party of 18 so I doubt we’d have found anywhere we could all fit in the lift together! We just went down separately so we weren’t stood around too long. We stayed in Apartment 8-2 and there is a very loud church bell through the night (not the apartments fault) but I didn’t sleep very well at all.

We had a fabulous week in our 8th floor apartment. Heaps of space for all 6 of us with two bathrooms/3 toilets, but the views are what sets this apartment aside from the rest- fantastic morning and night! The location was perfect for every direction we wanted to go...and we went everywhere, by train, bus or by foot. Everything was a few stops away, which gave you so much choice. The staff were super helpful, and you have every shop you could need in easy walking distance. Very happy family!
