Just stayed at an apartment here. Great location for visiting the City. Apartment was clean and very comfortable, everything you might need for a long or short stay, except mirrors! Only 1 mirror in the bathroom with 4 women staying was not ideal! Check in was easy and we were given a map with lots of tips for places to visit. Would definitely recommend!

We were a group of 12 travellers and looking for a 3-4 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately only one bed apartments were available. We all fell in love with our apartments. They were bright and spacious and had every convenience imaginable. We were sad that we didn't have a longer stay here. The location is amazing with most tourist sights within walking distance.
Lovely and Clean

We checked into a clean and spacious one bedroom unit exactly as arranged by email with Gemma. The bed was comfortable and there was ample storage for clothing. The bathroom was very large. There was a full sized refrigerator, a kitchen stocked with dishes and the like and I was even able to do my laundry. Downstairs there was a coffee and bakery shop just next door and a restaurant as well. It is located across the street from the underground train but only a few blocks walk to the main street where you could catch a bus or walk to Las Ramblas. The location was excellent because it was in a quiet neighborhood and not crowded with tourists, yet safe. If you left the windows open you could hear city sounds but if you closed them and ran the air conditioner it was pretty quiet. Another family member stayed in a studio apartment which was also spacious and had a kitchen area. The staff was very helpful both online and in person and I would most definitely return and recommend it to others.
Noisy Beyond Belief

We’ve just returned from Barcelona staying at the Fisa Apartments Gran Via, the actual apartment was spacious and the decor very modern, the shower area could have been cleaner though. The location was ideal for our needs as were there for the Gran Prix. Our main complaint was the noise not only from the busy road outside if you had the French Doors open in the lounge, also the Metro runs underneath so that rumbled along until late at night and again early in the morning, we certainly didn’t need an alarm clock to wake us up for our early starts. What was most annoying was the obvious building work being carried out for several nights until after midnight all we heard was constant hammering, I have complained directly to them twice with a phone calls and the response I got was it wasn’t there responsibility and to call the Police ! The hammering sounded directly above us on our own investigation it wasn’t coming from there but from some other location in the building. When we booked the apartment one of our priorities was a balcony whilst we weren’t expecting a patio sized one there isn’t a balcony that you can stand on it’s merely a stone balustrade although with the noise you wouldn’t want too. These aren’t cheap apartments by any means especially when Formula 1 is in town but for €1800 we expected better glazing, and not building works going on night after night, not for anyone wanting a good nights sleep. I’ve stayed in plenty of cities far busier than Barcelona and not had anywhere near that much noise. The photo is of the so called balcony.
