One of my best hotel experiences!!

Staying at NH Collection Barranquilla Smartsuites Royal, is one of the best choices I've ever made. I can express what amazing stay we had there. They have amazing rooms, overall beautiful areas and not to mention the roof and pool area- WOW! But to mention the most important and distinctive thing for this hotel, is Ms Arlyne Sandoval. Alyne is just an utter joy and A+ human being! She is incredibly service minded, helpful and kind and made our trip even better than we thought possible. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience at this amazing hotel.

I was happy I selected this hotel for my stay in Barranquilla. Location was great, there were many restaurants and stores nearby. The service upon arrival, duration of stay, and check out were truly a 5 out of 5 experience. I felt welcomed and at times felt like I lived there. Every single staff member were friendly to me and helped with anything I needed, I really enjoyed that the most. The Junior suite I selected was stylish and comfy. I will definitely be back. Aloha from Hawaii!

Good experience and location. The rooms needs maintenance. The breakfast very good. The air conditioners a bit noisy, which does not allow you to rest pleasantly. The staff was very friendly. the hotel has parking service. Something positive that I was able to stay with my dog.

The place was clean and comfortable. Safe neighbourhood and excelent service. Very fluid attention and the landscape of the pool was beautiful. I really enjoyed the stay. It is fully recommended to go with family.
