Llegamos por casualidad, la recepcionista se mostró amable en todo momento, una vez que nos adentramos al hotel pudimos percibir un olor desagradable que aumento cuando ingresamos a la habitación, olía a humedad y a tabaco y era una habitación para no fumadores, el baño no tenía toallas, estaba muy viejo y no estaba limpia, andaban don arañas rondando por ahí, había cabellos de huéspedes anteriores. Las camas daban la impresión de que alguien mas había estado acostado y las sabanas estaban muy percudidas y no olían a limpio. La alfombra de la habitación daba muy mal aspecto se veía tétrico y sombrío ademas de sucio. El agua de la alberca estaba sucia, podías aprecias un color verdoso. Estábamos muy arrepentidos de la selección por que por ese precio pudimos encontrar mucho mejores.

Room was filthy, some of the sockets were not covere,hair on the sheets . It does not look like the internet pics. I asked for a refund because I refused to stay there with my kids.Management refused to refund me my money

The Econo Lodge On N 11th Street in Beaumont, Tx was a very nice stay we had a comfortable stay and they have friendly service. They also have nice rooms too! And just remolded. We definitely recommend stopping by!

There was remodeling going on. Stayed in Room 315 after looking at four rooms. The bathroom floor was sticky and exhaust fan in desperate need of cleaning. Very slow internet; couldn't send photos. Not much to say. It served its purpose for the night. Think I should have paid less than what I did. Woke up to sounds of ceramic tile flooring being broken up for replacement. Perhaps it will be a nicer place once the renovations are complete.

I picked this hotel because it was cheap and expected it to be nothing fancy. But when we first drove up, there was literally a hole in the front of the building where a balcony has torn off the hotel. It looks like there was a fire. The glass side door to get in was shattered but not replaced.Every piece of furniture in the room was broken in some way,the outlets and one light in the bathroom didn't work,and the whole place STINKS! Stained and disgusting carpets. We had to get our keys recoded four times because they didn't work after the first time. The elevator was so sketchy I took my luggage up three flights of stairs rather than use it. It's a moment away from breaking down. As we were packing to leave a fire alarm went off and the fire dept came. Didn't stay long enough to see if there was a real fire. I ran up the stairs and cleared out as fast as possible. I have never felt unsafe in a hotel before but this place is so negligent that it's dangerous. Stay away!!!
