Excellent service!
Very cosy hotel and amazing service, especially taking into account these challenging times. The hotel has taken all necessary contingency measures for the covid-19, so we have been confident and safe during all our stay.
Great inner spaces
We stayed for one night during the Corona outbreak. The staff were very accommodating with moving our reservation ahead and letting us use their phone. The breakfast was very nice. The room was lovely. The best is the entire entrance floor area with beautiful lighting and great use of space.
Te sientes acogido
Dedicada a mis amigos holandeses amantes de la Costa Brava. Tiny hotel but...great. It was Emma who took care of us at our arrival and also when we said goodbye. All the staff is frankly warm and professional. The room (nº1) is cozy and has a small interior terrace. The breakfast, good and the "free teas/cofees" throughout the day contribute to that feeling of "finding yourself as at home".
Charming
This hotel is charming. We stayed 3 nights, which for us might have been a day too long, but that's no fault of the hotel. The rooms are very small--and for the two of us, maybe a bit "too petit". Breakfast was basic-- but nice. Breads, meats, yogurt, cereal, coffee, OJ, some fresh fruit. The staff was so lovely. It was my daughter's birthday and they gave her a small gift, which is such a lovely touch. The location was great. Steps from the center of the small village which has beautiful boutiques and really nice restaurants. It is not walking distance to the beaches. You have to drive. The views and the beaches in the area are fantastic--if you have a car. I'd recommend for a night or two--definitely lovely. It was a bit pricey for the simplicity of the hotel, but we were here during the height of summer.
A haven of tranquillity close to town
Loved this small hotel for our stay early in May. Special mention to the staff who were helpful and smiley in every way. We liked the clean lines of the decor, great aircon, great shower in the ensuite. Definitely choose hire car for such places on the Costa Brava - transport otherwise is iffy and expensive. Try the Tothora restaurant in Begur for good food/great atmosphere. Look out for Sa Garrofa a short drive away - a little gem offering food, relaxation, and something...,, well...extra special
