Had a lovely evening food lovely . SERVICE EXCELLENT.staff polite would recommend early visit . Enjoyed the evening. Not so busy then only problem was b had to make endless uneasily phone calls to book is there something wrong with managemenr!!ooking bad management on booking

beautifull rooms with superrb food from our light lunch to our dinner in the la scala restaurant to our breakfast the next morning the food was all delicious. All the staff were so friendly and helpfull.

Room was outstanding, bed was enormous and food and drink ample , we have already booked for next month for Neil Diamond tribute , looking forward to another wonderful night , Stourmouth is right on our doorstep as we only live a few miles away in Newtownards , a hidden gem

Hotel was great but the Taxi took the long way back into town

The Taxi that came to the hotel to pick up myself and 3 others back into town took very long and charged us 20 sterling and we were half an hour in the taxi does the Taxi take this long to get back to the city center everything else was GREAT it was only 9 sterling on the way out from the city.

Nice clean hotel well situated near Stormont, which was walkable and well worth the times to visit the building and grounds. Also, the bus service was excellent and had a stop near by where you could get a day ticket which also you to wonder around the city and its main attractions, without the hassle of parking. The bed and Pillows were particularly good.
