Very pleasant staff
Staying here for 3 nights, it’s a typical Holiday Inn room with great hot water and better pressure. Bed really comfy. Food and Brekky was very good. Overall a great stay. Very helpful staff. The girls at reception are pretty good with English. Highly recommended.
One of my favorite hotels!
I don’t associate Holiday Inn with high quality accommodations, but the Holiday Inn-Savassi has everything one could ask for. The rooms are relatively basic, but very comfortable, The price of the rooms is very reasonable. The front desk and other staff are friendly and well trained. The only downside is that the restaurant is only okay. But with many choices nearby, this is not an issue,
Hotel as a hotel should be
Holiday Inn Savassi is a hotel the way hotels should be. I believe that the rooms were renovated recently as the furniture looked brand new. Nevertheless, cleanliness was excellent and the room was very comfortable. I haven't really used the wifi but Netflix on their smart tv worked just fine.
Very comfortable.
Nice people. Clean, confortable and quiet rooms. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruits. Good location close to Patio shopping center. This hotel is not too big and offers international standard. I will return again to this hotel next time and can recommend it to business travelers.
Good location but...
We stayed at this hotel for only one night, and it was a good option. It's located closer to a major mall and to downtown. Also you can find several options to eat lunch or dinner. The room are comfortable and quiet. Staff are are very friendly and polite. Regarding to find a taxi, be carefully with those parked outside ! Be careful ! In my trip back to the airport, the taxi that i took in front of the hotel property, the driver drove the slowest way possible to take some advantage from the meter as possible ! What a bad crook ! I hope the hotel get rid of this kind of scammers as soon as possible !
