Chose this because of its central location and liked the idea of a boutique concept. Paid almost 200 euros with breakfast for a single night in the most basic roo. That felt massively overpriced, I would say it's worth half. The slowest lift on the planet and only one (and no separate service lift) so expect to stand around waiting during morning rush hour. Didn't locate any stairs either apart from the outside fire safety one. Lighting in the room wasn't great and not helped by all the black paint either. The hotel feels a bit like form has trumped over function. Golden breakfast cutlery felt cheap, light and didn't lie comfortably in my average sized hands. Scrambled eggs tasted like somebody had put sugar in them and the rest of breakfast was nothing special either. Multi-tasking front office staff might be good from a cost cutting perspective, but not great when you have to wait for ages to check out in the morning. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The staff and the location are very good. The hotel itself is also good for it’s price point. Only complaints are poor wifi quality and poor airconditioning. I usually would not care much about the wifi quality, but you have to make use of it to connect to the SmartTV in the room. Everything else was fine.

The hotel location is the best you can ask for. Right in the center of all attractions, restaurants and cafes but still very quiet room. The breakfast is very good and you can have warm drinks 24/7 Staff is very friendly and helpful, every question or need was answered immediately. A beat pricy but overall worth it.

Nice hotel in the centre of Maastricht. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and nice to look at. The opportunity to put bagage in storage was nice as we only stayed one night and wanted to discover the city before check in and after check out

Ok, nothing special, top located directly near the city center. In our opinion it is a bit too expansive for that what you get. The rooms are spacy but for 4* a bit to simple furnished. We liked the overall movie theme of the Hotel.
