The room was clean enough and large The staff were friendly, but not that helpful That’s were the good stops We are choice hotel members but we’re given the “Expedia” room right next the the jacuzzi with everyone throwing themselves of the wall to the room. Staff response, we have had complaints about this, but we will not ask people to leave until after 10 The cooked breakfast Well COVID restrictions have just been lifted, but on this trip we have stayed in several motels that offered bags with fruit, some with breakfast bars or a microwaveable breakfast, all with nasty muffins, and some with some other treats. One motel even did a cooked breakfast at it’s convenient owned restaurant. All did juice and coffee Quality Inn could only manage a mini muffin, along with juice and coffee All this for a meagre Rip off $260/night Two nights prior we did a B&B a little outside Yellowstone for $125/night with home cooked breakfast

Our room was right by the pool. It must be open 24 hours because there were people yelling and screaming and having a good old time way past the hours it allegedly was supposed to close. It was ridiculous. The pool is also right by the front desk so not sure how they couldn’t hear it. When you have to get up early the next day and can’t sleep through all the screaming, it makes for a long day.

These people are horrible. I wouldn’t stay here again even using a free night. Stay away. Book elsewhere. You will be much happier. I’ve stayed at choice hotels all over the country and never been treated as poorly as this one treats people.

Outdated dirty and smelly place. The carpet in the rooms was filthy. The rooms smelled terrible. When you walk in to check in you immediate regret it as the lobby smells too. The front desk lady took forever to check you in. This is a 1.5 star motel. Terrible and it's a solid 3.5 miles to downtown Bend on the very edge of town. I highly don't recommend even if it is the best price. Stay away.

Quiet, clean hotel minutes from stores and restaurants. Room was spacious and staff was super helpful and friendly. Pool is good size and clean. Plenty of parking and no WiFi lag/issues even though it was sold out.
