Hotel was clean staff very friendly. Checking quick and efficient. Showers nice and hot water and strong flow. Always have coffee tea and hot chocolate out which is really nice. Beds are comfortable. Small kitchen area with fridge microwave and stove top

Overbooked Stranded At Midnight Skip This Hotel Go To Quality Inn

Booked a reservation in advance with 3rd party app because we knew we would be arriving at the Country Inn around midnight. The extremely rude desk clerk said we were out of luck; she had just “given away” her last room. Would not give us any proof that our non-refundable reservation was invalid. She would not aid in helping us secure another room or help with refund. Quality Inn and Suites were wonderful in helping us with lodging at a discount! The Quality Inn hotel was older but clean with comfortable beds.

A One Night Stay

Checking in was quick but despite a nearly empty parking lot, the front desk maintained they did not have any rooms available that had 2 beds. Even later on in the evening and early the next morning the parking lot was still not any where near full. So, we took a room with a king and a fold out sofa. Opened up the fold out, and it was unmade and a very thin mattress. Upon calling the front desk they quickly provided the needed linen The rest of the room was clean and well kept, except for the mini fridge which was questionable and the freezer portion needed defrosting. The clerks at the front desk were very pleasant and nice. The breakfast in the morning was quite disappointing. The juice dispenser did not work. Bottled water was room temperature. The bacon was over cooked, the eggs very bland and bread, bagels were disappointing. The pool was very small. , Overall the hotel was okay, and no more. The staff were very nice and efficient.

Cancelled reservation after it was modified by Expedia. No room

Terrible service. Changed reservation via Expedia ahead of time and when arrived to hotel found it has been cancelled because I did not arrive the day before (original date). No room available and front desk only help was telling to wait 10-15 minutes to check if another room was available. Never came back with answer and the other employee at the front desk with no customer service disposition only response was no rooms. Why cancel the reservation first, second why making us wait and not coming back with an answer and third bad attitude when ask for the manager. I will not stay in this hotel ever.

Room was dirty with a bunch of dead bugs on the carpet. Dirty towels. No housekeeping for fresh towels. Stains all over the carpet. Old food left in the refrigerator. Large hole in the tub covered up with what looked like white duct tape. Just gross. Do not stay here.
