Yikes. Friendly staff but terrible stay
Just visited last night. The staff is horribly overworked and trying to juggle several tasks at once. Ladies were nice and efficient. Linens were not complete in room as they were being laundered. They remembered to bring them to us without being prompted. Room was clean and bed was sufficient (albeit small) but noises from upstairs neighbors made it impossible to sleep. We could hear the TV blasting and the neighbor walking quickly across the floor until 5am! Normally we would have reported this, but poor ladies were so frazzled that we didn’t want to bother them. We got MAYBE 3 hours sleep in total. Either request a 4th floor room or stay elsewhere.
Roaches
I stayed at this location Jan 2020 on the 2nd floor. Staff was very nice and polite. Room was clean but there roaches before I went to bed I seen one and started looking around but didn't see anymore. Once I went to sleep I was awaken by a roach on me I got up to look around and there were several crawling on the wall and all over the bathroom including the tub. When I ask for my money and told the staff about the problem he informed me that he was aware of the problem and that someone was coming out to spray. I did get a refund with no problem.
First timers and at least for this location -- last timers!
Barebones "bring your own everything" operation (which is thoroughly advertised on web site). That is okay except for when you add poor housekeeping quality control and employees that like to smoke around the door entries....you too might say "lets go elsewhere next time". Suggest rooms on the upper floors because many contract workers bunk in here during the week and some call home out in the parking lots to have some privacy from roommates. This spelled some oblivious gentlemen yakking by our window at 2:30am. On the plus side..price and a safe secluded location. One quick night enroute to somewhere by yourself-- okay maybe. Several nights with family visiting-- go elsewhere closely..

Do not stay there the manager is very condescending and if your a construction worker or coal miner you will be given Stained smelly sheets the manager brags about watching the cameras to get all up in peoples business and to see who they associate with if your job moves you to another job she will not give a refund she will say she's kicking people out but them wa8ts until they pay then two days later kicks them out and keeps their money and brags about it she gossips about guest does absolutely about the marijuana smells in all hallways you can smell it when the elevator doors open this place is definitely not up to choice hotel standards at all
Do not go here!!!
Three room changes before we got a clean room - first room unmade beds with chairs on them, second room - television had no power cord - third room acceptable but torn screen on window. There is nothing to recommend at this hotel other than the front person Nikki was very very nice but basically powerless to do much!! Strong smell of cigarette smoke pervades most floors inspite of this being a nonsmoking hotel. Do not stay here!!
