Great stop for tired travelers. Fresh coffee, good breakfast and beautiful lobby. Friendly staff and quick check in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I do feel I had a good sray for a good price!. .

Noisy and no parking

First problem I encountered was the fact that they don’t have enough parking places for their rooms. I ended up having the parking under the canopy at the entrance. Parking lot was full of trucks and trailers. The hotels in the process of being renovated the room was nice, but the mattress was very hard and needed replaced. 45 inch TV. This was the noisiest hotel. I’ve stayed at in a long time. The doors are exceptionally loud! They stick and slam. When people walk in their rooms, you can hear them from 10 rooms away. Noise from the freeway and trucks was constant. This place was just far too noisy to get a good nights rest.

Friendly staff and great accommodations which was nice because we booked the room while traveling on the road about 4 hours from the hotel. The clerk was very helpful even when we lost the signal for a moment.

Great friendly atmosphere, staff was available at all times and was greeted with warm smiles. Room was clean bed was comfortable with clean and crisp bedding along with great pillows, Bathroom was immaculate and well stocked. Variety of foods and beverages for breakfast which was delicious.

We stayed here because it's a great location. When traveling the Permian Basin area you have to book ahead due to all the oil field workers. We loved our experience the first day/time on Sept 24, 2022 then stayed again (with a reservation because of room shortages) Oct 5, 2022 on our way to and from Lafayette, Louisiana. 1st room was good, bed comfy. No coffee in the room and no slip resistant matt in the tub (threw a towel there to stand on). Cookies in the lobby at check in and copious urns of various coffee. Hot breakfast of sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy and other cold things along with waffles and cereals... Our 2nd stay was good but different. Desk clerk recommend Texas Cajun Seafood restaurant which was excellent. No coffee in the urns in the lobby. 1 light in the bathroom was not working. Lamp behind seating chair in room was non working. Sugar all over the desk near coffee pot. Window filthy. This all sounds picky but it's an image thing. Refrigerator opens opposite of the housing cabinet so I smashed my thumb trying to open. Breakfast in the morning: YES there are workers getting ready to eat and go out. At 6:40 AM (opens at 6:30) there were no eggs or biscuits or coffee! I am sorry the person manning this area could not keep up but this is unacceptable. The company KNOWS the workers load up and leave, what about the regular guest that want to eat and hit the road? Are we supposed to just go without.? Will probably stay here again next year when we make this annual trek. Great hotel and location, just a bit disappointing. Thanks.
