This hotel is located in a health care neighborhood. It's right next to the ER for a major Billings hospital. There were clinics and medical offices everywhere. Staff was friendly, but we were warned not to walk at night because we would encounter "street people". We walked about 4 blocks to the grocery store and saw no danger at all. Room had mini fridge. Breakfast was unappealing and all cold offerings.
Clean, Quiet , Comfortable and Affordable

2nd time around. This is our go to place for Doctor's appointments in Billings. Staff very accommodating, nice and a nice restaurant within walking distance. Hotel and room clean. If they're short staffed, you'd never know it. The owners must take great care of their employees, because they all seem to work very hard to make our stay an enjoyable one, thanks again!
Clean and Comfy but Not For Light Sleepers

The hotel is clean and in a nice and what seems like a safe area. The beds were comfy and the front desk staff was very nice. I’m a heavy sleeper so once I was asleep I didn’t have any trouble, but if you are a light sleeper this place isn’t for you. It’s situated right next to the hospital so you hear sirens and the helicopter frequently. It’s also easy to hear other guests.
good for what it is

This is a clean hotel and good for what it is. I would stay there again if in Billings. Good location and very clean hotel. Breakfast left some to be desired. It's a good hotel stay for a night or two in a good location.
Good place to stay!

This place was fairly easy to find, it is tucked into a large hospital complex. The exterior was clean with nice landscaping. The desk area was tidy, and the clerks very friendly. All staff were masked, and sanitizer was offered. Our queen/double room was clean, only shampoo for an amenity, towels were exceptional, hot shower. Drawbacks were a stained (but laundered) sheet, and the refrigerator was loud (but appreciated). The manager was apologetic and replaced the sheet, and had the room serviced. The rooms aren't getting regular housekeeping, for extended stays, as part of the protocols, which wasn't mentioned at check in (FYI). A grab and go breakfast is offered - sandwich or burrito with sausage and egg, yogurt, banana, muffin, coffee, juices, milk. You do have to microwave the sandwich and burrito. We definitely recommend this place!
