Kicked me out for something I didn’t even do! Treated me very poorly.

The cops were called for a girl who wasn’t even my fault and it all ended up backfiring on me because j was the adult. I had nowhere to stay and they kicked me out because of a stupid “Policy” The general manager made a poor decision by not knowing all the facts.

Our room looked like it had not been vacuumed , the curtain was hanging off the hook, the bath tub was dirty. The bed looked like someone had already slept in it. I paid 250.00 dollars, the room should have been better!

Let me say first off we typically Love Hilton Garden Inn's and its appealing front lobbies and fresh smell. Not this one!.While checking in we noticed the side door propped open.The odor of cigarette smoke streamed into the lobby from the outside sitting area.It didn't seem to phase the Desk clerk. No fresh coffee was available in the lobby. The clerk said it was probably made earlier in the day. We did grab the last room available which was handicapped.The room itself was fine with comfortable beds.We stayed 2 nights and were never restocked with fresh towels and coffee. We had to go down to the front desk to replenish the room who politely gave us extra keurig coffee pods. As a Hilton Honors member(which essentially means Nothing unless you travel several times a month) we were expecting better than average for the price of close to $300 a night.We have been on a Montana Road trip and have stayed in better places for half the price. Message to Management:Staff was doing the best they could. Higher your Standards and the rest will fall into place. Concentrate on the small things.

Clean property, close to restaurants, great friendly staff. The only issue I have is the pool / hot tub area is only open until 10. After a long day on a job site when you get back take a quick shower and then go eat its already 9:30 and the hot tub gate keep shuts the relaxing time down. For that reason the Holiday Inn Express just downt he road is a great alternative. Hot tub open until 11.

We typically enjoy stays at Hilton garden inn. Not the case this time. Restaurant and bar was not open. Half drank can of Dr Pepper in the room fridge. Bathtub showing wear. Breakfast was not included in almost $300/night stay. Too much money for this. The good: quiet room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Will try a different place next time we pass through Billings.
