Best hotel in Birch Run!
Everything is great about this place. The breakfast is phenomenal, you can get a room with a jacuzzi, the front desk personnel are the kindest, most friendly people who go above and beyond to help you out and answer questions. You might even get to see a 4 legged friend. Roy, the maintenance guy, was one of the most hilarious and knowledgeable guys I’ve ever met and can talk to you about anything. Makes you feel like you are with family!
Visiting Frankenmuth
I sit in the lobby at 5 am as I write this, which is nice enough with coffee 24/7. I came to sit in quiet because I just couldn't sleep anymore in the most awful bed I've ever laid my head on any more. As in sitting here enjoying the quiet the gentleman turns on an action movie blaring. And goes back to mindlessly ticking away at the computer. When we arrived, which was planned ahead the room was freezing cold. I can't say exactly how cold because there isn't an actual thermostat in the room. We cranked the heat and left to go explore and get dinner. Luckily it was warm by time we got back; however, with the dial it was very difficult to modulate the heat through the night. I probably got up 4 times to adjust it. I have never spent any kind of time in a correction facility, but my guess is that the beds are par with the beds of those facilities. I couldn't sleep for more than 45 minutes without waking in pain and having to adjust. They are the ONLY hotel in the area without a pool, which I didn't realize when I was booking. The do have a hot tub....a 5-6 person hot tub. I recommend you find somewhere else. Your car would be more comfortable.
Relaxing Setting!
The lady at the front desk was very nice. She asked us if we were going to use the hot tub and when we said yes, she changed our room at no charge to us so that we were closer to the hot tub. The room was very comfrotable and clean! It wsa a great price for a great stay!

We made our reservation through Expedia from the road while traveling literally 15 minutes before we got to the hotel. They were expecting us when we got there and had our room all ready. Front desk employee was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and fresh. Beds were comfy with great pillows. TV, 'fridge, and microwave all in excellent working order. Best of all was the fresh coffee and hot chocolate available 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was great, plenty of choices. Hotel is in a great area, close to the highway and easy to find. Lots of places to eat and an easy drive to Bronner's and to antique stores. Would definitely stay here again.
Frankenmuth visit
Hotel easy to access from I75. Near lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel is pet friendly 🙂and clean. Handicap room was great, 2queen beds and huge room. Price is extremely reasonable. Would come again
