Poorly maintained and outdated hotel

If you want a "premium" room with black mold on the ceiling and in the newly remodeled shower, "mystery" stains on the window treatments, intermediate hot water, dead phones, broken furniture, and a sink faucet that did not work, then this is the place for you. To top it off it is run by management and staff that does not care. They will send a cookie cutter email with an apology but will not respond to your feedback. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that do maintain their properties. I would avoid this at ALL cost!

Hotel was ok, mixed feelings. Rooms were ok, not great. Free evening reception and breakfast was good. Pool way too small for size of hotel and overcrowded. COVID precautions not enforced and staff was rude as previous reviews state.

Do not stay here. Absolute nightmare. The worst customer service, both over the phone and in person. Booked online, tried to call to request 2 queen beds as I was going to be staying in a room with a friend. I have a young daughter i still breastfeed during the night, i need my own bed. I tried to call before we arrived to make sure i could get 2 queen beds. The guy who answered refused to even look up my reservation. I tried to explain that i need to make sure I could get 2 queen beds, he kept saying that I would get the room i reserved. I explained that when I booked it doesnt let you pick the room and tells you to call with your request. He finally asked for my reservation number, put me on hold to never return to the line. So i get there, with a tired and hungry child in the car. I go to check in and the jerk checking me in refuses to give me 2 queen beds unless i paid an extra $35. I told him that i tried to call before i got there to make sure it wasnt going to be an issue and couldnt get helped. He didnt care, he was rude, condescending, and argumentative. I told him that was fine, id pay the extra money and i would be sure to tell everyone how terrible their hotel is, how bad their customer service and how rude and crappy they are. At that point, he said "you don't have to stay here. Ill cancel your reservation." I told him to cancel it, walked out and booked an amazing hotel. Of course he was lying through his teeth, knowing he wouldnt/couldnt cancel my reservation. They still charged me and refused to refund the money even though it was their employee that lied. I would have stayed there and just given the reviews i am now. Dont waste your time or your money. There are far better hotels every where up there, that actually appreciate amd take care of their customers.

Couldn’t ask for more happy hour free for all and so was hot breakfast w fruits and omelette stations made fresh to order. Saved our family of 4 over a hundred in food bill. Will definitely stay here if in area again
