We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Was a great property to spend our last days on the island. Grace at the front desk was very nice and her English was phenomenal. The overall staff here truly are amazing and are available round the clock. The location was not totally ideal, but the courtesy shuttles that they have to the beach were great, clean and on time! We were here in the off-season and mid coronavirius, so it was not busy at all, in fact seemed eerily quiet. But the staff remained happy and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and big and the room service was delicious and very prompt! The only thing I didn’t really care for, as with most Asian hotels, is the key card to keep the power running. Our room faced the southwest, so when the sun was shining (because of the huge windows in the room-which were beautiful) the room temperature would get warm very quick. AC would be set at 18°C but room was always between 23-25°C, even at night. Was looking forward to the spa, but unfortunately was closed the entire stay, in fact it was looking like it was getting updates. So hopefully will be beautiful if/when it reopens. Overall, a beautiful property! Would love to stay here again if ever we are back on Koh Samui. Thank you!
A lovely spot . . But

Spent 6 nights here in one of the overwater villas. Pros: A great location. Easy walk into Chaweng but far enough away from so that the noise of the street isn't an issue. High up on the hill so that the breeze keeps you nice and cool. You forget how hot it is, until you go down to the street. The staff are lovely, helpful, friendly. The buggy service up and down the hill was welcomed. I did walk all the way up once, just so that I could say I did it. Believe me once was enough! The room was clean and the pool was excellent. The air conditioning worked well. The view into the pool from the floor is a nice touch. Cons: It's not really a 5 star resort for a number of reasons. Overall, the place needs a bit of work. It's a bit dated and there were a number of things that could do with some attention. The balcony around our deck is rotting in a number of places. You can see where it had been patched up on numerous occasions. It really does need replacing before someone falls thru it. The doors out onto the balcony are heavy and difficult to move. A couple of minor things in the room needed repair. While the room was cleaned each day, the amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes etc)were not restocked automatically as you would expect in a 5 start resort. The towels could do with replacing overall. Some were grey rather than white and were threadbare on a couple of days. Breakfast was very basic. Looked unappetising. Poor selection really. We stuck to coffee and toast on the 2 occasions we went in. Great breakfasts to be had cheaply on the street which did most of the time, despite breakfast being included! Room service. Nice range to select from and delivered quickly, but my partners hamburger was cold and inedible. Spa wasn't open at all. Doesn't look like it had been for a while even tho it is still advertised on the website. The small plunge pool was also out of service. Note saying it was closed for maintenance, but all the showers around it have been removed so I assume it's not opening up any time soon. Overall not worth 5 stars, nor the 5 star price, but a great location

Had a great one night stay here in the over water villa . Nan at the front desk was very helpful. We had a difficult deciding whether to just stay in the room or to go out and explore the island. The room over the pool was fun
Unique experience on water!

Have you ever had a villa on water? That is something that we had for the first time! We got a villa with it’s own swimming pool and AMAZING view jacuzzi. Very spacious and beautiful. If you want a lot of likes and comments in instagram, that’t the place where you need to go ;) The hotel itself stands on the mountain on the Chaweng beach, so they have an infinity pool and the best view on the island, really enjoyable. But don’t be afraid about the mountain, they have buggies and you we didn't need to walk up high, the staff bring you by request to every place at hotel. The breakfast has a variety everyone can enjoyed. There is a sister-hotel near the beach and KC makes free transfer to the beach 3 times a day.We used all sister-hotel facilities - swimming pool and sun beads. BTW, Chaweng beach itself is the best on the island, the sand is white and the water is clear. Recommend!
