Very nice hotel, friendly staff

I really liked this hotel. The Superior room was nice with view to the pool. The breakfast buffet was nice as well. Most of the staff (who could speak English were nice and polite. I was however surprised that reception staff don't speak English in a 5* Hotel in Turkey). The SPA is fantastic, and I would like to thanks personally here Miss Ayu who gave me a great SPA treatment and Balinese massage. Since I have been in Bali many times already I know what the Balinese massage are, but Ayu's was one of the best I ever had. Thanks again Ayu !

Amazing stay at a fantastic hotel!

My friend and I spent 4 days at this amazing hotel last September and we truly enjoyed our time there. The place was neat, with great amenities including a beautiful pool as well as well-behaved and friendly staff. We specifically enjoyed the authentic and delicious Turkish breakfasts served at the buffet. I would like to mention an amazing member of the staff; Mr. Kadir, a true gentleman and a warm and friendly person who was extremely kind to us and made sure we enjoyed our stay in Bodrum.

Perfect place to relax!

The hotel is in a perfect location, waking distance to the marina and gumbet. Amenities were very clean and the spa was awsome! The staff were super friendly and helpful, specially Kadir. Nice breakfast and great room service… Will go again :)

I spend 11 days due to my business schedule there. Room 4 stars Service 4.2 stars Cleaning 3,5 stars Food 4 stars Generally 4 stars Spa 5 stars The stuff are very friendly and ready to assist at any time. Some small problem with communication, but that happens almost everywhere in Turkey. Cleaning 3.5 stars for many reasons,towels changed on time ,bathrobes never in 11 days. That's huge mistake for me. Some of the days cleaning room took place at 1430 and since I was for business I had normal schedule so from 0800 until 1300 I was out and after 1700 until 2200 again out. Also every day at 1600-1700 they were passing from the room to spray something, probably for covid . Small details need for getting half star more. Italian food was excellent. Pool bar had forgot music one night until 0030. Generally is a nice hotel if you want to stay a few days and I could easily suggest for holidays. Probably If I was for vacation I wouldn't have notice some of the above.

Revitalising traditional Turkish Hamam and Balinese Massage.

Myself and my wife visited the You Spa for a couple’s Hamam and Massage. The treatments we received were exceptional - the traditional Haman follwed by the Balinese massage. The therapists are from Bali - thank you to Julia, Putri, Yanti and Ayuni - and are expert masseurs. The massage is thankfully quite lengthy and we felt totally relaxed and revitalised afterwards. The spa itself and the facilities are spotless and comfortable . Highly recommended.
