El azulejo es muy resbaladizo alrededor de la piscina.Me caí y golpeé fuerte.La habitación del hotel era pequeña e incómoda.Había paredes delgadas y se escuchaba el ronquido de los vecinos. El precio no se corresponde con la calidad. No recomiendo este hotel.

None of the photos I've seen of this hotel represents the actual state. I booked this hotel for 3 nights with my partner and ended up not staying there even for a night even though that meant we would lose all of the payment. The rooms were disgustingly dirty with yellow/red stains on sheets and pillows and dead bug marks on the walls. The bathroom was also filthy as they did not even bother brushing the toilet and I faced with some elses feces in it. Also, both the window and the bathroom door were broken. We asked for a room change and the staff laughed at us when we explained the situation. They said no one ever complained about this before so they cannot know if the windows are broken or the sheets are dirty. The other room they recommended ended up being a death trap as all the electrical appliances were buzzing and we could see the electrical shocks. Also the hotel smelled like sewage and staff claimed we would experience it all over town however we did not.

I booked this hotel and from the pictures, I was very excited, but we were very let down. First, let me say what we liked. The location was good. The pool area was nice and clean. It was also nice that they had coffee and tea "caj" available always. Unfortunately, that is where the first points end? The pictures are false. Unless these are of a few remodeled rooms, none that we had our saw them cleaning looked anything like these. In the pictures, they are modem and in reality they are taking apart. We had 2 rooms. We switched one roommate to another so we saw 3. The refrigerator in both didn't work. The air conditioner in one was was partially broken and quite loud. Bathrooms were old and stodgy and not very clean. Then, we can talk about the carpets. If I was the owner, I would be embarrassed. The carpets in the corridor were disgustingly filthy. The breakfast was just ok. And what is it with the animals? I love dogs and cats, but their family dog leashed up and barking at 7am every morning was not appreciated. The reception staff was always friendly, but not always so knowledgeable. For beaches, go to Ortakent or Yahsi plaji

Not a good option

First of all the staff didn't speak english except a lady who helped us. Second,the pool was good ,the breakfast was poor , a lot of flys on the food,no spoons for the food and no cold water or even cubes. Third,even if the hotel was new, the room was not. Doors and walls damaged ,fridge out of order,bathroom items were broken,bed sheet was not clean and we asked for new one. Moreover it's not so closed to the marina. Finally,we called the receptionist at morning to change us the fridge because we have food and when we returned was the same fridge. As the result our food was been rotten. They changed that when we turned back at 01:00 am.

Terrible place! No service, no poor cleaning of the room! in addition, we learned from the neighbors that the hotel staff steals money!! So I do not recommend! Don't stay here, look elsewhere! Good luck.
