No hay ninguna queja. - Wifi excelente en todas las habitaciones. - Piscina pequeña pero soleada. - Se hacen entender. - Buena gente y hospitalarios. - Limpio. - La ducha no pierde como en la mayoría de hoteles turcos. Suelo con parquet, pintura nueva.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Opinión escrita el 19 de septiembre de 2020

As a lesbian couple (want to make this clear for everyone to have a better understanding) we found this hotel last minute as we needed a place to stay for the night. We checked in around 12:30am, we were very tired from the long drive that we had been on from Izmir. The guy at the reception named Ozgur served us, we were both uncomfortable by the way he was looking at us, but did not make it a problem as we were very tired and he could clearly see that. After taking our passports and the money for the night, he walked us to our room. We found the room very smelly and the door very flimsy, so we made sure we locked it, didn’t feel safe but was too tired to even consider looking for another place and I guess we did actually think “ah don’t worry nothing will happen” to ourselves. Probably around 30 minutes later we fell asleep and the next thing we know is somebody opened our door. My girlfriend woke up straight away screaming and I woke up to her shouting and the light coming into our room. Our room being dark and the light coming from the corridor made it difficult to see face of the people but we could see their shadow. They quickly ran away and down the stairs. We were both in shock and fear that such thing just happened at our most vulnerable moment. It was very disturbing and we were panicking with our minds all over the place trying to pack our stuff to leave that place as soon as possible. The “manager” came up stairs and walked straight into our room trying to talk to us about the mistake he made!! Made us a thousand times more uncomfortable by being in OUR ROOM without our permission trying to explain himself in his own way. He was saying things like how he did not know that that room was full and he came to put another customer in there. It took us no more that 2 minutes to pack our stuff and go downstairs as we had only brought one bag to the room and see that there was absolutely nobody else there besides Ozgur the guy who served us, it didn’t make sense where they put the other customer in such short space of time. If he walked into the room with you to think it was his room why didn’t he also stay back and apologise and explain the situation? If it was a mistake why did you run away instead of waiting confronting and apologising there and then? And how are you able to open my door with a normal key when I’ve locked it from the inside? Way too many questions that he couldn’t even answer. Only having 1 hour of sleep we got our money back and drove off.

First ,we decide to chose this hotel ,we looked at the reviews, and we think that hotel had hospitality. The receptionist was kind but we didn't see him again. After 1 hour owners we see owners son as a receptionist. We ask him one question and easy one ? do we have antoher chair our room because we are 2 person you have one chair . And he answered that "No we dont want to give another chair to you .All rooms have one chair. If you are hotel owner and you didnt know how to serve ,Then don t do that job. It's a big shame .Maybe you are cheap hotel in gumbet. But it doesnt mean you behave cheap like this .I'm pretty sure we paid before the entrance of hotel .So you thought ok. we got money and we didnt help anything.Never ever trust this hotel .If you put child in receptionist then you figured it out he played game in his phone never looking at your face .I was working 4 years in tourism.and I know how decline your stars in 11 tourism agency.

Friendly and helpful stuff. Room is very comfortable, has a nice view, clean and AC works perfectly. The location is pretty good and you can just reach anywhere by mini bus or walking. Breakfast is good but could have more variety.

I do not recommend!

The hotel has good room, bed, shower and turkish breakfast and they let me check out later but I didn't have a good experience. First, it is a noisy neighborhood, the hotel is close to bars with karaoke so it was impossible to sleep at night. It looks like you are inside the bar. Second, the hotel is runs by a really nice family but none of them speaks english, they can't understand simple words as breakfast or map so it was pretty hard to get any kind of information. Third, I stayed there for 4 nights and they didn't clean the room or change the towels. I don't recommend this hotel not even if you are looking for a cheap place to stay.
