The hotel staff was extremely helpful and polite. I was only in town for 1 week so it was imperative that I met all of my appointments and connections on time and was able to do so thanks to the hotel staff. They also helped me navigate through the new Covid procedures so that I would not have any issues at the airport or upon return to the US and again they exceeded my expectations.
Great Value for an old hotel

40 years ago this was a four or five start hotel. They appear to have done NO updating since that timer. Rooms are beautifully designed. BUT, rugs, showerhead and curtains all need replacing. Restaurant is fair at best. Great value but they have to stop living in the past.
Unacceptable for business travel

This hotel is well located and confortable. However, it is not acceptable for business travelers. I arrived quite late in the evening and thought the hotel had been closed because it was very dark in the lobby. After getting to my room, I was hungry. I saw a number for room service, but no menu. I had to go to the lobby to see a menu. Wifi was very unreliable. As a result, I was unable to do the work I intended to do in the evenings and early mornings. There was no iron in the room, and they did not have irons to borrow. The only option was sending garments out to be pressed. All in all, a pretty awful experience as a business traveler. If I were on vacation, the stay would not have been great, but acceptable.

When there are complaint. Employees should not change their attitude towards the husped. They should stay more kind.. This applies starting from the head of reception Manager. Restaurant food needs more attention, better monitoring in its preparation. Change the cook. The buffet requires more attention when it is finished to bring more food for new guests who arrive continuously.
Very nice and Luxury Hotel

Besides the nice rooms and the beautiful decor seen at the lobby. They have a nice plush bar. There bar tender, Armando, is a very good bar tender. I asked for a rare drink that is seldom asked and he researched it and made the coctail drink for me. He went the extra mile to please. Because of him, I will return to the hotel. Another nice thing is that they keep the entire hotel very clean.
