Great Location, Great price.

Super deal in rooms, close to all the bars and night clubs, close the mall andino an retiro. Is not noisy, very secure area and the attention is super! Great staff, the carpet in the room needs maintenance. We had a great time staying there.

Great but too much plastic

Great place and breakfast but PLEASE don't use so much plastic for EVERYTHING. Breads don't need to be encapsulated in a plastic that will take 300 years dissolving, same with juices, yogurts and the rest. Maybe at the start when we knew nothing about covid this was acceptable but now its proven that doesn't work.

Great stay

We were overwhelmed by the welcome and great service received from the hotel staff. Nothing was too much trouble and they did their very best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were clean and a good size with all the amenities you could ask for. They included a varied and tasty full buffet breakfast. The hotel is located in an ideal area on the edge of the commercial and shopping area and near Zona Rosa.

I love this hotel. The staff is always kind and ready to help. It feels like my home away from home in Colombia, it's already my third stay in the Hotel and I wouldn't choose a different place to stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect in Zona Rosa. The staff at the hotel were very nice and super accomodating. The beds are not vert comfortable though, mattress are hard as a rock. :s The menu for the restaurant for lunch/dinner looks like an airplane menu (food quality not very high)
