AWFUL!
Not sound proof at all. Could hear planes take off all the time and a dog barking next door and people talking loudly in the hallway. No AC either so had to open a window in the bathroom and flies came in. Gross hotel. By far not a 4 star diamond they claim to be!
My April stay
Always like this hotel for short stays and I realize that the pandemia is making things hard but noticed that the complementary water is gone. Those are details that make people go back. Salon is also closed
Wonderful hotel close to the airport
Our go-to hotel every time we stay in Bogota. Very conveniently located, close to the airport with a shuttle service. Rooms are very comfortable with hot showers. Food is excellent, they probably have the best empanadas in Colombia. Grounds are lovely.
Conveniently close to the airport.
This hotel is ok for the price if you have an early flight. The shuttle to and from the hotel is very helpful if you don’t want to take a taxi..The staff is very friendly but the reception desk staff could be more helpful.. I called and ordered a heater because it was cold in my room but the heater never arrived. The next day I needed an iron and called the reception desk but once again the iron never arrived. Customer service needs improvement.. food is ok... also the hotel needs to updated it looks like you go back in time to the 80’s... to many bricks... looks like a pizza oven.. lol.. one last this if your a light sleeper the noise will keep you awake due to the airport noise.. windows need to be double glass....
Lovely hotel and staff - highly recommend!
Not only was the room top notch in cleanliness and appearance but the staff were exceptional! I don't speak Spanish and the English-speaking receptionist was extremely helpful tending to my needs. I requested a taxi and she provided a very safe driver from a car service. I was only supposed to stay one night however, my flight was cancelled and I had to return for a second night and they had no problem accommodating. The food at the restaurant on site was delicious! In the center of the hotel is a beautiful, tranquil garden where I was able to place my yoga mat and enjoy a lovely morning practice next to the koi fish. The only thing I wish was still in service was the spa.
