The rooms could use an update but it’s an older building. Nothing was unserviceable but it wasn’t as impressive as some other double trees that I have stayed at. The parking was good. Check-in was easy. The trip was present.
Couldn’t be a Hilton Property

This hotel seemed to be old and run down. Only 1 elevator worked. The pool was too cold and nasty to use. Room was not serviced. No luggage carts to be found. This was the worst Doubletree I have stayed in.

Not super fancy but a good businessperson's type hotel. Staff was competent. Room was nice and was clean. We did not eat in the hotel. Across the road (US 60) are a lot of shops and fast food places (e.g. Target, Sonic).
Great place to stay in Richmond area

Rooms were very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant is open and socially distanced with tables. Breakfast was excellent. We’ve stayed 4-5 times in the past year and I’d say they are almost back to pre-COVID standards although a little short staffed. But anything you want they will take care of it. Highly recommend.
Wedding nightmare... sad

If I could provide no stars I would. I am not one to complain but the experience was SO BAD I have to warn others. My friend got a room block for her wedding and reserved a room for the bridesmaids and her the night before the wedding. We showed up, they did not have a room, we were told "oh well". She paid for the room weeks before the date. Then ID was thrown at us and we were told "there is nothing I can do for you. Leave.". Asked for a manager wad told there wasn't won't. Asked for a refund was told the manager approved a different room for us to stay in after leaving and booking a room elsewhere. The BRIDE brought them in at least 20 rooms for the weekend and was told to get out. The next day I booked 2 rooms to stay in after the wedding. They were dirty, missing cups, no coffee, no trash can even... between being thrown out the night before with the bride after paying for the room and the experience the next day I WILL NEVER reccomended this hotel and even support negatively telling people to avoid it. Especially BRIDES. They came reccomended from the venue... it was awful
