More about the hotel
One of, if not the best stay I've ever had
I stayed here this past weekend with my girlfriend and I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best places to stay in Boston and the US in general. From Check in they make you feel welcomed and look to make your stay as easy and luxurious as possible. I checked in with Ryan and Chang and they made it incredibly easy to get everything taken care of. Then the in-room dining and amenities were wonderful and my only regret is I didn't get to finish all of it. The overnight guys were just as helpful to make take care of any request you may have. Then following a night in a wonderful, we checked out with Jeff and Gazi in the morning who made that just as simple as checking in. This hotel has it all from in-room amenities to hospitality that is better than staying with family. I look forward to staying again.
Excellent hotel in Boston
My wife, son and I stayed at the XV Beacon last week and can't say enough about it. The staff, from the Front Desk to the Concierge, the Valet Parking Attendant, Room Service, etc., they were all exceptionally personable and helpful. The room was one of the most welcoming and comforting rooms I've stayed in. It's a premium priced hotel but so too was our experience. The XV Beacon demonstrated the highest standard of COVID-prevention and safeguards I've seen - yet our stay still felt very boutique and charming. Amazing bed, excellent shower, comfortable couch, chairs and desk and the in-room gas fireplace plus the fixtures, faucets and view were all first-class. The hotel is located in a very safe area, 1 minute from the Boston Common Park, Starbucks, etc. Worth-it.
So happy with our decision
We had a lot of options for our recent w/end in Boston and settled on the XV. It surpassed our expectations. We had a beautiful suite which had a lot of room and a great bathroom. The in room dining was delicious. The staff were so friendly and helpful, there was nothing they couldn't do. We will return!
Shouldn't have waited so many years to return!
We spent the first night of our honeymoon with XV Beacon 16 years ago and returned this year for a staycation since travel is so difficult now. What a wonderful oasis in the heart of the city. Really should not have waited so long to return. I say "with" instead of "at" because you feel so well cared for, it's not just a property. What has changed in 16 years? The addition of the roof deck which we enjoyed every day. What's not changed at all? Elegant and gracious service. Beautiful rooms, delightful amenities. Even though we live very close, we got to explore Beacon Hill as visitors, returning each day to be cossetted in luxury. The room service from Moo was wonderful. Car service is gracious, (thank you Mark!) and particularly helpful during this time. A deep soaking tub was my favorite part of the suite. Oh wait, maybe it was the bed covered in Frette linens? The bathrobe? No, it was the fireplace. Caviar service in our room! Who could choose? We arrived a little beaten down by the pandemic. We left refreshed and delighted to rediscover the city we love from a new perspective.
Wonderful hotel!!!
We spent Labor Day weekend at XV Beacon. It is a lovely boutique hotel with a friendly and professional staff. Great location near Boston Common. We brought our dog with us as they are very pet friendly. Hotel provided a dog bed, bowls and special treats! We plan to stay again soon, as it is our new favorite hotel in Boston!
