Es un hotel céntrico, las habitaciones tienen lo justo, pero no están mal, hay acceso a la piscina y el desayuno es muy completo. Respecto al personal, es muy amable y servicial. Un buen sitio para pasar un par de noches.

We spent the weekend in this hotel for our nephews wedding, Can honestly say from start to finish we had the most amazing time, Chef Kieron made the most delicious meal for the wedding breakfast 10/10

Freezing cold indoor swimming pool

The swimming pool is absolutely freezing. I've never been in an indoor pool that's so cold so if you're staying at the hotel for the pool facilities, bear this in mind. The staff have a number of excuses for the cold water but nothing has been done to remedy it for almost a week now.

The lodge is at the side of the main hotel and there is a path between the two with an outside seating area. The hotel was clean and tidy and our room was the same. We had adequate storage in our room and there were two chairs as well if you wanted to sit . The room was cleaned and tidied each day and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. You also have the use of all the hotel facilities . This includes the restaurant, bar with two seating areas indoors and two outdoors. Also free use of the pool,sauna and jacuzzi,which was very nice. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely come back if we were in Bournemouth again.

I frequently visit this hotel and love it every time. The staff are amazing and the hotel facilities are great. It's so nice to be able to come back to this hotel but this could be my last visit... The prices for the room I have (which is the cheapest single) have been increased substantially. For the same room at the same time of year and on the same terms the cost has increased by around £62 per night. I know that the cost of everything has increased and I do expect a small rate increase but this seems quite substantial to me. I have checked the rates for next year and they all seem to be subject to this incredibly high price increase. I usually pay around £80 per night and I really do think that rate is about right for the type of room and for the hotel. I really do hope that I am able to find a better deal and return again because I love it there so much. I do thoroughly recommend this hotel it has such a nice atmosphere, the standards are exceptional and it's just an nice place to be. The location his also really good, close to the beach and close enough to the town centre. Thanks Connaught Lodge for another lovely stay.
