Amazing place - clean rooms, great customer service , perfect location , the trolley stop is right in front of the hotel beach is directly across the street with beach chairs and umbrellas provided - we have stayed several times and will Continue to come back !!!

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Not sure what a few negative reviews were about but you can expect the pool area to be noisy, it's a resort! Kids are having fun. Our room was awesome! Very clean and in order. Beach is yards away. Resort supplies beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs, and yes you have to unstack your chair and carry it a few yards to where you sit, big deal. They are nice chairs and are free! Only tip, make sure when you grab your umbrella and base pole they match. There are numerous umbrella types for use. Food in the area was good. We liked Pizza Social for brick oven pizza. Friendly place and good atmosphere. All in all this place was in a good location and we will be returning in the future.

We have been coming to Anna Maria Island for years. I had become too crowded and not a relaxing destination anymore. Staff was not friendly Had to unlock beach chairs and pull apart Guests should not have to do this. For many years this was a destination for our whole family. It has totally changed. Heavy traffic long lines Just to get early dinner hour 1/2 wait times plus.

I don't know what the last reviewer is talking about, but we didn't hear a peep of noise for 6 days of our vacation. We stayed in a 1st floor king room in the palm court. The room was perfect for a couple. King bed, huge bathroom. Pantry room. No efficiency, but if you eat out at night, you don't need it. They also have 1 and 2 bedroom apts. Good sized pools. Best features of the house are no resort fees and free parking. The hotel provides beach chairs and umbrellas. Free. The beach is nicer than Marco Island, no shells. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely stay here again.

well the location is great across from the beach units are nice but be prepared that guests check in whenever they want like 1230 at night and making noise until you have to call the police wasn’t a good stay if you want to stay here might want to pick a unit that is way in the back near the gulf maybe the noise is less but units checking in all hours of the night is not something i paid for we left a day early because we knew more partying would helen sadly next time i go i’ll never renting a house so i know it will be quiet and private - travelers you are warned if you want quiet you might not get it here
