I stayed here for 11 days . Brian the manager went out of his way to make me comfortable including getting a de humidifer for my room as my allergies got bad . the place was immaculate always mopping and cleaning the lobby The maintence man mike was always doing something not just waiting for work (even picked up papers in parking area ) breakfast was awesome huge selection including healthy items gluten free and even had pancake machine all the staff were so friendly and helpful i would not hesitate to stay there again especially if brian kathy medina and mike were there

I wanted to give a shout-out to Danny who checked us in and was extremely helpful. He has a great attitude and went the extra mile. The hotel itself is clean, modern and the rooms are spacious. Breakfast and free parking were included. The hotel was easy to find and convent from the 95.

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation in New Haven, it's about a 13min drive away. The room was very big, you could fit a couple more beds in there, great when you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast was great! Location was ok, there's a nearby Walmart that opens at 7am (am a foreigner) so was surprised that it opens that early, though expect a mess inside as staff have not had time to restock? By the way, Walmart's prices not as cheap as you think, Kinder Bueno was cheaper by a $1 in Target in NYC compared to here, go figure. Enough parking for everybody, room was cleaned everyday, water provided, toiletries in the bathroom, towels replaced.

A pleasant stay

We admit that Holiday Inns is not our usual go-to motel group, but our friends suggested this particular property. We were very happily pleased by every aspect of our 4 night stay as all of the things we look for in a fine lodging stay were present, ie… cleanliness, in-room coffee, great mattress, pleasant and helpful staff, and strong wi-fi. We come to this part of the world every few years and will return to this motel.

We stayed there for New Year's Eve and the hotel we had a great experience. The lobby, room, and breakfast area were all very clean and Brian at the front desk was amazing. He was very funny, attentive, and made everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the Branford area.
