Front desk workers very friendly; breakfast staff very accommodating; maid service was excellent. Pool maintenance was during operational hours. Very disappointed in that....one reason why we selected Baymont was for the in door pool.
Thankful for a comfortable and affordable place to stay for Thanksgiving break.

We had a very comfortable stay. We stayed in a king room. It also had a couch that could be pulled out into a sofa bed. The room has more USB ports and outlets than I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. Our first morning we went to breakfast late and there was only microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, apples, and cereal/oatmeal. On the weekend they had scrambled eggs, yogurt, and biscuits and gravy. I was glad the milk came in little boxes (like in grade school) because I was able to grab an extra for my toddler at bedtime. We enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub. Everything was very clean. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly. If you don’t like dogs or families with small children you should probably look elsewhere. Staff was very friendly. And the location right off the interstate was perfect for us. I’d stay here again!
AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL

We chose this hotel because of the name and the price, little did we know that we would be in for a horrible experience. 1. It was obvious to us that the carpet in the room hadn't been vacuumed. We found a hairpin, a multi vitamin, a popcorn kernel, some change and trash. 2. The bathroom toilet was filthy. There was old urine all over it. 3. We would not have mentioned any of this if it had not been for the outrageously rude managerial staff. I left key card in my room, so I went to the front desk to get replacements. I presented the manager on duty "Deb " with proper identification. She then began to scold me by saying to me rudely "Did you not get keys when you checked in?" I replied quite innocently "Yes I did ". She then replied with even more attitude " Oh, you must have left them in your room then". She gave me replacement key cards and told me my other keys would no longer work, rudely. Then her coworker, feeling the bad attitude from her manager, snapped at me "Then you need to bring those other keys back down to me". For this reason we will never ever stay at this hotel again! Sadly, I couldn't help but to think this all happened because of my race.
Nice quiet comfortable hotel

We switched to this hotel midway through our stay because the other one we were at had hard beds. The beds here are super comfy. We got a King room on the top with a view of the woods. It’s comfortable and quiet, we will be staying here again. The only drawback is since they allow pets, there are a lot of them here and we heard barking a lot. But not in the middle of the night or anything, other than that, it’s a quiet serene hotel.
Good and bad

When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was awesome! She even had good music playing. I made sure she knew how important that is for me and how much I appreciate her! We went to the room and I was floored! Awesome lighting in the room, flatscreen tv on the wall, nice looking dresser, closet in a different place as well as the bathroom door, and the reading lights ACTUALLY WORKED!!!! I have never been in a hotel where the reading lights ACTUALLY WORK!!! Even the USB ports work!! As if that wasn't enough for me to be excited about, I almost fainted when I saw that we had a JACUZZI BATHTUB!!! I have NEVER been in a hotel with a jacuzzi tub in it and this was considered a normal, cheap room for this hotel!!! Jacuzzi tub worked great. It was like a hot tub for just me that I could control the pressure of! The tub faucet wouldn't stop dripping after I turned it off. Even before I touched it, it was dripping. I also loved the desk lamp! Breakfast was very small. Almost nothing to eat! They have a VERY LONG bar, yet had almost nothing on it!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!! There was also no music in the breakfast room!!! I went to the pool in the morning, but the signs on the door said the pool and hot tub were both closed!!!! When we checked out, there was no music playing at the front desk. I pointed it out, but she said that it was on! If I can't hear it, it is either NOT PLAYING OR TOO LOW TO HEAR!!! So no, the music WAS NOT ON!!!! Some of these people need to start doing their job! The music needs to be ON AT ALL TIMES and the breakfast bar NEEDS TO BE FULL OF FOOD!!!! If there is a space there, IT NEEDS TO HAVE SOMETHING ON IT!!!! I shouldn't have to tell you to do your job!!!!
