Stayed six nights at the Doubletree Brescia which was generally speaking a positive experience. Free parking, friendly staff, spacious and clean room and little to no exterior noise. Staff reacted prompty to a request like an extra chair in the room. Housekeeping did a thorough job, internet fast and the television had a good number of foreign channels. Location near the Metro, which meant that the station and sights could be reached in fifteen minutes. Breakfast was simple for this category of hotel, but adequate. Would stay here again when in Brescia

Perfect for an Overnight stop

We were just passing through, it was a quiet location, free parking and they accepted dogs. Staff were friendly during check-in. Their restaurant was not open and we were too tired to go out. They were helpful in helping us order pizza from a local restaurant which arrived quickly and was delicious. Room was clean and big. There was a supermarket just around the corner which was handy to stock up on snacks before continuing our journey.

Had to go to Brescia for business. This hotel is very clean and modern. The staff was friendly, helpful, and many spoke English. The speaking English was very helpful as I don’t speak Italian. This was my second stay at this hotel and I would definitely stay again.

Hotel new and nice, service poor

The hotel is new and nice, but the service is the worst I have ever had in a DoubleTree by Hilton. For the easiest things you have to ask two or three times. Breakfast was ok, but if you have any special request like scrambled eggs wirhout milk, not possible. There was only one friendly person at reception desk, all others should work somewhere else but not in a hotel. + new hotel + nice gym + nice pool area + nice location + supermarket around the corner - bad service - no special request at breakfast possible - pool hours only from 2 pm till 7 pm

Great hotel, but extra charges

The hotel is clean, with nice parking and near the metro station. Unfortunately I was charged extra (almost double the amount of my stay), with no reason. When I reported it to the staff, they where giving me random excuses.
