Very nosey. Kids running up and down the halls. Change rooms 2x. We just gave up. Then try to up the prx. I will call my bank when I get home. Please, Don't waste ur time. Walls needs a paint job. Blanket was a Curtain. Heater worked a little. We are going to leave in the morning. I can't do this for the whole Christmas weekend. 😷🥺😢😢

Dirty and noisy

Try not to stay at this hotel. Although the location is ok, the rooms are dirty, ours had stained sheets, graffiti and small roaches. Many of the fixtures and fittings are broken, (including live lamps with no bulbs). Also the soundproofing is terrible, the worst I've ever experienced.

I found this hotel on a whim when I suddenly needed a place to stay and am so lucky to have found it. It is clean, comfortable, quiet, safe, and convenient (everything you need is right around the corner and it's almost too easy to get to Manhattan). However, the best part of this is the staff - they are incredibly helpful, nice, and always there for anything you need. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough, especially for solo travelers or couples who need somewhere reasonably priced to stay that is simple but still has everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel, and hope to come back in the future!

Worst hotel Ever!

This place from the start wasn’t good. Everyone in the front desk have very thick accents cannot understand them fully. The parking was trash they tell you there’s no parking when I peeped the garage they had open spots. The ROOMS are gross there’s is little to no lighting. They tried to give us another room but in all the place is dirty, dusty and you’ll get the feeling of being watched. Which I didn’t understand how they have HIGH TECH CAMERAS when the rooms need major help. Please save your money and DO NOT COME HERE! My husband and I walked out so quick.

1) They charged me the wrong amount and never answered my emails. ALWAYS ASK FOR THE RECEIPT, they won’t give it to you otherwise - because they are probably charging you more. 2) Stairs to get to the hotel and elevator for disabled people was not working. Which makes it also difficult to transport luggage. 3) even though smoking if forbidden, my room was smelling cigarets. But the good thing was that the staff changed my room after I complained.
