From our phone call to check in till our final day everything was perfect! The pool and the jacuzzi were clean and warm the rooms were spotless. The staff were kind and helpful! The hallways were brightly lit and cleaned. They have washer and a dryer for guests. I can not think of one bad thing to say. Breakfast was on par or better then other places we have stayed. ( Jets on the jacuzzi need fixed)
Probably the best hotel in Bucyrus but need a little TLC

We stayed here 5 nights while in Bucyrus. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. One of our bed spreads had a rip in it. The floors are very loud to walk across. Make sure you stay on the top floor or you’ll here people walking all night and in the morning. The pool was nice most of the time. One night they must have rented it out to a bunch of kids for a birthday party. The kids were very loud and obnoxious with no adult supervision. Not sure why a hotel would rent out the pool to non guest and not insist upon having adults in the room with the kids. With all the Covid regulations I was surprised they allowed that many kids in a pool. The hot tube has very hot water but the jets are worthless. It’s like setting in a hot bath tub :( It seems like they are going through a slow remodel. All the base board trim is missing in the hall ways so I assume they are replacing it soon. Breakfast has finally gotten back to normal with all the Covid stuff but someone still has to put the stuff on your plate. There is not a lot of parking for large vehicles with trailers. Several restaurants nearby including a Bob Evans next door. This is probably the best choice for a hotel in Bucyrus even with the few things I mentioned above. Just a little TLC and better management would fix most of my complaints.
Clean basic hotel

Stayed here for one night with my wife on a business trip. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and fairly well lit. The pool was clean and about the perfect temperature. Breakfast area was nice although the food options weren't huge. There was a bit of construction happening in the hall over the time we were there but there wasn't any noise for us while we were actually at the hotel... The rooms aren't very sound proof as we could hear other guest talking (not actually what they were saying, just that someone was talking...) Front desk staff wasn't the most accommodating ever but did ok... would definitely stay here again.

Still the only place to stay in town. Right by the bypass with quick access to neighboring towns. Breakfast ok and rooms are quiet. Within walking distance to a decent hot breakfast restaurant. Staff attentive and friendly.

We stayed here on a Saturday night. The room was very clean and beds comfy . The room has all the needs you need for you stay. Hot breakfast included made to order pancakes sausage pork and turkey , scrambled eggs , biscuits and gravy and all the normal continental breakfast items. Nice common area . The one downfall was the pool area went to go swimming and use hot tub was in there with one other couple. Then all HELL broke lose!! The hotel had a bunch of little leaguers there. They quickly over ran the pool and hot tub. which after along day of driving all I wanted to do was kick back. With all the kids jumping in pool I had to get out. We went to dinner came back hoping to be able to use pool and hot tub.Now there was more kids , the adults in pool area were letting kids do what they wanted, the life saver ring was being tossed around , the back board was being used also!! People these items are not pool toys. As a parent I would never allow my kids to act this way. I tried to walk in pool and had kids jump over me stepping on me. I wish Hotels would have adult hour just the last hour before closes and maybe another in the afternoon. this is not the only hotel I have this complaint about. I asked the front desk attendant if we could just have 15 minutes (after 10 pm closing ) just for us to enjoy with out all the kids, which she said was no problem. She actually gave us long. Please if management is reading this please consider adult hours poolside. Overall stay was very good.
