Este hotel es en un barco a la orilla del Danubio por el lado de de Buda, lugar donde se ve perfecto el parlamento, cuenta con una terraza amplia abierta todo el día, de noche es un bar y se ve el parlamento completamente iluminado, realmente impresionante, atención muy buena, piezas cómodas, baño completamente equipado un agrado el lugar

We were visiting Budapest to attend the Formula 1 at the Hungaroring and thought we would treat ourselves as we had to cancel this trip last year. The room itself was small and the shower tray wasn't angled enough to let the water drain so it flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was very poor, on the last day of our visit they ran out of apple and orange juice leaving only peach juice. The hot option was a lot to be desired, Hungarians don't know what a proper sausage is but it was nice to have roasted veg with my scrambled egg and extremely fatty bacon. The most annoying thing about this hotel was the lack of bar and restaurant facilities. It would have been great to have a mull over the day in the lovely bar with a tall glass of something alcoholic! My friend asked if there was any kind of snack i.e. crisps or biscuits but she was told no. The staff were less than helpful. The hotel actually looked closed from the outside on a night. On our last day we ventured up to the top deck and it looked a lovely place to sit out. We couldn't have sat out of an evening because of the mosquitos! We were told that the lack of facilities was due to the hotel only oppening for the formula 1, having read the reviews this was a lie as someone stayed in June 21 and faced the same problems as us.

I booked a room at this hotel on the 27th of June for my boyfriend`s birthday on booking.com. Upon arrival we were informed that the bar as well as the restaurant is closed because half of the property is under renovation. We arrived in the evening hoping we`ll be able to have a drink at the bar to celebrate a bit. No big expectations, maybe some wine to clink glasses for his birthday. First of all, if I saw this information anywhere that some services won`t be available I wouldn`t have created a reservation to this place. When we checked-in the person at the front desk told us there is a fridge we can buy drinks from. We turned around and it was a small fridge with some soft drinks and a few can of beers. This is not what you expect at a 4 star hotel, right? I would like to emphasize that there would be no issue if I knew this in advance but the information was not included on booking.com nor on their own website. Nice promoting your bar how cool it is, yeah, I wish we found out. So long story short we went to a supermarket to buy some snacks as none was available at the property and went to sit on the dark deck until we were tired enough to go to sleep. In the morning you can have breakfast from 8 to 10am. Working in the hotel industry I surely know that you need to provide the same service to a guest even if they arrive at 9.55 for breakfast. We went to eat around 9-9.15 and half of the breakfast was gone. The scrambled eggs were not even a full portion for one person, the bread was completely gone. One guy asked for some more bread, the lady he asked came back after like 20 minutes with them. There was a machine for drinks with 3 different options but in fact only 1 contained juice. Anytime you asked for something you saw rolling eyes. Have you ever been to a restaurant where you felt uncomfortable asking for stuff feeling like they do you a favor to serve you? Yeah, totally the same feeling here.
I don`t question the fact that this would be a nice place but this way we felt scammed and for one night I paid 115 EUR. For what? Sitting on a dark deck with our Pepsi from a supermarket then going to sleep and in the morning have this type of a breakfast? if something is not operating in your property you must inform a guest before you accept 41.000 Ft. And you need to inform the third party also selling your rooms.
Later on a few days later I contacted booking.com, they called the hotel. They refused to provide any compensation. Worst experience ever. I paid for a service they advertise on their website and did not get what I paid for. Total waste of time and money and I wish it was just a simple day we wasted on this place, not a day that was so special to us! Ruined our evening, thank you.
Overwater hotel with a view

It was our first time booking a hotel over the water. Nice and recommended experience. Clean room overlooking the Hungarian parliament. Hotel is located in a quiet area and well connected to the rest of the city. Friendly staff and normal price.

My Boyfriend was surprised with this Budapest trip in his Birthday. I chose this hotel because He just loves boats and used to work at AIDA so I wanted to be super special and booked a room with river view:
+ view !! Seeing the massive Parliament is just an awesome view
+ 24/7 availability at the reception. They were super kind and had wonderful recommendations and organized the taxi to the airport.
+ located near to a metro station and bus station. You can reach also everything by walking.
+ room was clean and had all the important stuff in it.
- you can hear everyone in the neighbour rooms (since it is an older boat I think it is kinda normal but yeah it wasn't always pleasant)
- the TV didn't work, only one channel was available
All In all we were very satisfied with the prize, rooms and service on board. It was a special place to sleep and made the Budapest Trip unforgettable
