La habitación olía a hotel alojamiento. El baño olía aún peor. Nada parecido a las fotos. Pedí cambio y me enviaron a una habitación con tachos por las goteras del techo. Además no había sido higienizada. Huí a los 30 minutos. Un horror. The room smelled like hotel per hour. The bathroom smelled even worse. Nothing looked like the photos they show in the web page. I asked for a change and they sent me to a room with buckets because of the roof leaks and it had not been sanitized. I runes away at 30 minutes of arriving . A horror
Very bad service
We’ve been in this hotel to celebrate my birthday in BA. Location was perfect, but the room and service- horrible. At the beginning we had one room that was far from what we saw on photo. Then we changed the first one to another, because of the noise from the street. At the second room the air condition was bad and the water was falling down. We asked on the reception to do something, but they didn’t react. Next day, for the breakfast there were almost nothing, even for hot water I should ask the receptionist! We went for a walk for all day, and when we came back no one clean our room and no one repair the air condition. They offered another room but we decided to change the hotel and they said that we need to pay for 2!!! nights. After a conversation with director they decided not to ask for 2 only for 1 night! Is not recommended! Very bad service!
Terrible
Terrible. Ac broken. Horrible breakfast. Unfriendly staff. No wifi in the rooms. No hot water. Cracked ceiling. Tatty towels. Worst coffee I tasted in argentina. No view. Dodgy lift. No bar fridge in room.
Perfect Location
Location is great, a few minutes walking distance from Recoleta and 10' walk to Alto Palermo mall. Underground station is less than 5' walk (both lines, D and H). Many shops and coffee places around. Room was big with air conditioning and flat screen tv. Bathroom is a bit outdated (needs some renovation). Overall, good value for money if all you need is a very well located place to explore the city.

The hotel is CLOSED! I arrived at the hotel and was told that the hotel is closing tomorrow so that we need to go to another hotel. Even they knew they were closing 2 days before our arrival, they didn't notify us. The receptionist was RUDE, saying that "we can't do anything, we won't be here tomorrow anyway". They didn't want to apologies for the inconvenience. The other hotel was Unique group too, but the lower category with terrible hotel service. They always forgot to put new clean towels (they just colect... how come?), single sized blanket for a king sized bed... HOW COME?? and the breakfast was awful. I checked on booking.com and the price was almost half of Unique Elegance. Even so, they wanted to charge us the original price, I needed to complain every single morning util my check-out. My stay was so stressful and so disappointed with Unique group hotels. Never staying again.
