Very spacious small flat in good location

We could only stay one night on 15 March 2020, our first night in BA, before being exiled back to Europe. We received a very helpful and friendly welcome. The room was a spacious small apartment and with self catering facilities. It is located in a smart part of town with many pleasant neighbourhood restaurants nearby. There is a supermarket around the cornr if you wish to self-cater. We would certainly return if we are ever allowed back into the country.

Charming boutique short term rental apartments in the very desirable Recoleta section of town. Walking distance to lots of very good restaurants and the famous cemetery where Eva Peron is buried.Comfortable bed, quiet, plenty of room, accommodating service, friendly and helpful staff. Six of us heading out on a cruise stayed here for two nights prior to departure. At our request, the hotel set up a wine and tapas party on the rooftop patio by the small dipping pool. Opened it up to others and it turned out to be quite a success with a nice choice of wines and a knowledgeable sommelier providing commentary and so much food we then skipped dinner. Great party.

A hidden gem in Recoleta!

We stayed here for one week. It is a wonderful place with elegant rooms and lofts. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were exceptional and very helpful. They provided a tango night for their guests which included lessons, demonstration and fabulous wine and food. It was a great evening. Location is excellent. You can walk to everything. It was a great experience for our first visit to Buenos Aries.

Couldn't have asked for better accommodations

Everything was perfect, we booked the largest apartment with loft (1B) for 3 adults for 5 nights. We only wish that there was a bigger bathroom and closed shower area, because the bathroom had an open shower which would overflow and the water would go all over the floor in front of the toilet and door making it very slippery. Other than that, the service, concierge, location, apartment itself (air-conditioned), cleanliness, rooftop dipping pool/terrace, laundry service was perfect. We loved the quiet neighborhood, we walked to the cemetery area and back several times, we even walked to Don Julio in Paloma and to the Obelisco and Teatro Colon on Ave. 9 de Julio. That beautiful bookshop El Ateneo on Santa Fe Ave was just 5 minutes walk. There were restaurants, cafes, pastry shops, bakeries, beer bars and a supermarket around the corner from the apartment. It was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again if we ever went back to BA!

Nice & spacious, but too expensive for what it is

We had two rooms and stayed two nights. The apartments are nice and spacious, obviously bigger than a standard hotel room. The staff we interacted with were always very pleasant. The building is very old, and although remodeled, you can tell that it is old and some things still outdated. The reason for 3 stars is that it is very overpriced. Yes I knew what the price was ahead of time, but was expecting more. It really only comfortably sleeps 2 people. We had 4 people in each room, and those that slept on the sofa couch did not have a comfortable rest. The sofa mattress is really not even a mattress, it is so thin. We stayed at two other places during our visit to Buenos Aires - the first was less than 1/2 the price of this place, same size, more modern, ideal location. This one also had two real beds, not a sofa bed, nice large balcony. The 2nd was the same amount of this place, but is 5 star, also had two real beds, nice large balcony, includes breakfast, and has many more amenities. The pool is so small, cannot doing any swimming in it. The cleaning ladies must have turned the stove on one day when they were cleaning my room. When we came back to the room at night, it smelled so so bad of gas. Was making me feel sick. The stove knobs were not working so I just had to figure out how to turn off the gas completely. I was really nervous sleeping in the room that night with my kids. So in a nutshell, our stay was fine, but we probably would not stay here again, the high cost is not justified. Really there are no amenities.
