My wife and I (65 & 67 years old), were staying at the Promenade Hotel on December 18 – December 22, 2019. The breakfast at the hotel was not included in our case. The most attractive futures of this hotel are: good cleanliness, customer-friendly staff, walking distance to food, shopping and restaurants. Very good and not expensive Chinese buffet is located next to the hotel’s door. What was really important to us is the fact that this hotel is located in walking distance to Retiro terminals and beautiful Puerto Madero’s embankment with its marina and many pretty cafes, boutiques, etc.

The room and sheets were clean. Air conditioning was down, pillows were small for the bed and the mattress was strange and noisy. Breakfast was poor, with less than 5 plates. No fruits, no bread. Wont come back.
Small hotel in the heart of downtown

It's a small hotel off of Florida where everything is a stone throw away. The rooms are decent with very good shower. The bar is minimal and the breakfast is acceptable. The staff are very helpful and offered lay away baggage at no cost.

The Promenade is located near the Florida street which leads to the main points and avenues, filled with shops and tourists and people yelling " cambio!" to get your currency exchanges. It's near a Park, and you have a Carrefour market right across the street, and some restaurants. It's not quite the central location though not far, it's more the business area. The rooms are confortable and simple, it has an old charm, and is quite dark. A good get away from the city's most busy parts. Nights get quiet and steets empty. The breakfast is alright, unspecial, it gets you though lunch okay. The staff is nice and helpful. I recommend a few nights, not a whole vacation.
