The hotel has very basic installations. The room with a small kitchen is very big, contrasting with the very small bathroom. The bed is not unconfortable, but the linen is old and stained. In my apartment, the toilet flush was not working properly and the shower had a very weak water pressure. The room has no safe. Breakfast is included in the price, but not particularly impressive.
Belgrano is a nice neighbourhood with a good offer of restaurants and the hotel is very near a subway station, but the location is far from most turistic sites and is adequate only for those who are in a business travel.
Sheets dirty, and Towels broken

We travel - November 2013 -
We choose this hotel because it was walking distance from my family's house.
The hotel is nice. The Room is big with balcony, and a kitchenet. The restroom is very small! The swimming pool area is very nice.
When we arrived. I checked the bed and the sheets were dirty with spots, very disguisting. I called the reception to let them know, and they changed them.
Second day the maid took all the towels and they didn't replaced them, so we didn't have anything to dry even our hands. I called the reception and they told me that they had a problem with the laundry company, and they were going to see what they could do.... After a while they brought me some towels and they were with holes!!! not little holes... Big Holes!!!
We like to travel a lot and what I feel here with the maid service they don't have a clue about "Customer Service"!!! I know that you could have a bad day, but you need to smile to your clients, say Good morning, Hi, Thank you, etc. Remember that your clients can always return to your hotel or leave you a tip depending the way you treat them!!!!

Good location for us, was close to friends.
Right off of Cabildo Ave easy access to subway or bus system and good shopping.
Room was extremely clean ,all things in working order. Light breakfast included, adequate for the days start.Pool area nice, water was clean.
Very strict on their cancellation policy. Needed to book another night one day earlier than my original arrival date at the last minute. Our flight then canceled due to weather on the east coast so I did not have 2 days for the cancellation notice. Sent an email as soon as the flight cancelled which was 1 day before scheduled check in. I was hoping they would forgive the 2 day rule since we were still staying there, but they would not and charged us for the unused day. So be aware they enforce the 2 day cancellation rule to the letter.
Hotel is o.k., but not better. Internet quality is not acceptable

Rooms and pool are o.k., but not as nice as they look on the website. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is very friendly.
The hotel is in the Belgrano neighborhood, with good access to public transportation. Tourists however might want to consider looking for a downtown hotel.
The quality of the free Wifi is below acceptable. Very slow and spotty. Don't count on being able to work, use Skype or watch YouTube videos.
Summary: The hotel is o.k., but there are better choices.
Best unexpensive hotel to move around Buenos Aires
Reviewed 24 June, 2015
This unexpansive hotel is located in a perfect place. The hotel is a very clean hotel, with a big room that includes a small living room, a kitchen with all the utensils necessary to cook or even to have a drink. The kitchen also has comfortable chairs and a table to stay in if you don’t want to eat out. It has a balcony and nice view. If you want to stay in there is a nice screen with lot of channels. Teh bathroom is modern and very clean. Totally unexpansive for all what the hotel offers. The host service is friendly. (Just the switch to load your cell or laptop is different, you need to ask for an adapter at the front desk.
What is great from this hotel is that is just a few meters from the main street Cabilo where there are plenty of stores, restaurants, etc. It’s also just a few meters where you can take the Subte rout D, it´s the main and cheapest transportation to move around and go from one place to another. Route D can take you easily downtown, Casa Rosada, Plaza de las Abuelas, Puerto Madero and important places in Buenos Aires.
Around the hotel there are many restaurants and unexpansive places to eat as well as cafe´s shops and any necessary store.
