Stunning view, comfortable apartment
We booked via Airbnb and did not get a reply to any messages we sent but once we had arrived the check in process was easy, the office staff were great. Air on excellent, the room phone was missing so we used WhatsApp to contact the office. There we touches missing, no welcome information, no soap, no wine glasses, pretty tatty pans, no bath plug (one delivered on request). The room keys would randomly stop working and had to be changed. Reassuring to have security on the door. We used the pool, not enough loungers but clean and tidy. Enjoyed our stay but not really worth the money. We were told we we not on a breakfast package but if we had been guests use a cafe opposite. We didn’t use the tv as the view was better!
Greatest view ever
This apartment has a beautiful view of Buenos Aires. My booking had a simple breakfast included and I took a place for three people, our room was pretty clean and confortable.The wifi was ok but it didnt work in the television.
Comfy for a short stay
I stayed here for 2 nights after staying elsewhere for a business trip for a few nights. The room itself was exactly as advertised. I found the building itself a bit tricky to find to start with. If I was to pick fault with anything it would be the bathroom. The shower had very little pressure and any temperature changes seemed to take a long time to happen. The office staff were very helpful.
Very good stay except for the internet
We have been staying ten days in that building and we enjoyed the facilities such as washing machines, kitchen, air conditioning and shops nearby. Decor was nice and apartment pretty sunny. Unfortunately internet was at the best on and off. Very good location though.
Great location with comfortable rooms and beds
We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and simple. It had very good WiFi and a very nice view looking out the balcony. Everything in the room was in good working order. The staff was friendly, but not always well informed. They called a taxi for us, but did not know where to tell us to wait, thus the taxi waited for us in one place and we waited in another. There is not the nice hotel type of atmosphere with the staff. I got the idea that it was more of a business adventure for Top Rentals than a service.
