Se me quedó un poco "corto" para ser un 5 estrellas. Habitación amplia y con un aceptable set de amenities. Lo más extraño era la pésima imagen de la TV. Supongo que será un problema general. En cuanto a las instalaciones del hotel, están bien si bien tienen un toque decorativo que no es de mi gusto totalmente, aunque repito que están bien. Parece mucho más nuevo por fuera que por dentro. El bufé del desayuno aceptable con todo de casi todo, aunque no me gustó que las mesas fueran interiores hacia el interior de la torre del hotel en vez de hacia el exterior ya que proporciona poca luz. En cuanto al personal, muy agradable y servicial en el housekeeping y service room, y no tanto en la recepción, donde al principio fueron pelín secos. WiFi de funcionamiento "intermitente", aunque bastante estable con algunas restricciones.

The hotel is very good , reception employees are so kind and cooperative also in the healthy club all of employees there were so kind and helpful , room service are helping you at once if there is any problem happened , the restaurant is very good.

Best stay at Buraidah

If you want to feel at home away from home , so this is the HOTEL to go No need to mention that it is the only 5 stars hotel in Buraidah, I stayed there for almost 25 days really what a great stay it was The staff were welcoming from the first second you enter the building , and the housekeeping were more than helpful you can ask them for anything you need( i was blessed to have Jerad as my floor supervisor) The Hotel is a round shaped building with another straight extension. I stayed in the extension rooms as they were bigger in space but with a small bathroom. The food was great with such a variety in what they present & if you need any special item or meal they will make it for you. The hotel has its own multi floors parking so if you have a car it will be in a safe place not parking in the street, in the building there is a small branch for starbucks so you can grab your coffee any time, never to mention that you have your own coffee machine in your room. I really notice the cleanliness in the hotel. It has high standards at this point , also they work on feedback you give them in any area from the junior staff till the general manager (Mr.Alaa Awad) who was supportive & cooperative. I totally would recommend this hotel for anyone is visiting Buraidah

This is the second time I stay in this hotel, the car entrance is gated with a guard present who was welcoming and very polite, shaded car park is available, the lobby is spacious and nice looking, plenty of seating available, the receptionists were also welcoming and helpful, the room is a bit small in size, but fully equipped with a comfortable bed and comfortable pillows, everything you need is in the room but no complimentary drink or fruit, the window does not open, and the glass was dusty, it needs cleaning . The food was good, and the staff at restaurant were nice. The thing that was disturbing is the very strong smell of air freshener all over the lobby and corridors, which is not heathy and causes allergy to allergy prone people like my brother who was staying in the same hotel and was very uncomfortable from the air freshener smell, we hope they will stop it in future.
